Snowball is almost one year old and this handsome boy is the perfect mix of playful and well-mannered. He’s crate trained, potty trained, and fully housebroken—already ahead of the game for his age!Snowball’s story started with heartbreak after he was abandoned at a gas station, she had young kids and couldn’t handle it all. She said he came from a “responsible” breeder who didn’t neuter him nor microchip him and wouldn’t take him back. Despite that rough start his heart is full of love. He’s wonderful with kids and very gentle with them. Around adults he can get excited and may jump up for a big hug, but he’s currently learning “down” and eager to please.Snowball would thrive in a home with a fenced backyard where he can run and play. Even though he’s still young, he has great house manners and isn’t much of a chewer.He’s neutered, up to date on vaccinations and preventatives, and ready for his forever home. Snowball would make an amazing family dog and loyal companion.

He has lived his entire life as an indoor dog and around young children. Despite being nervous about entering rescue, he has played well with other dogs he's met, and has warmed up to the humans he has met very nicely! He is in a foster home with several children and is "amazing" according to his foster mom! ____________________________________________________***If you choose to adopt (before all vetting is complete) and use your own vet rather than our local Snip Clinic for these services, you do so at your own expense and it will not reduce the adoption fee. Adoption fees are NON NEGOTIABLE.1.) All dogs are adopted to the best possible match and calling or emailing the rescue will not speed up the process or liken your chances of being chosen.2.) You will be notified by adoption coordinator if your application is approved. Adoptions are set up by appointment only. We do not have “hours” of operation.3.)
