She has an adorable way of giving you her paw when she wants soft & gentle pats. She is most relaxed when people approach quietly and calmly. Cupcake truly has a gentle soul. She is working on house training skills and knows how to use puppy pads. She can be timid and nervous and becomes more comfortable over time. She needs stay-at-home or work-at-home people who have time to work with her. Cupcake will blossom with dog savvy people in a quiet low-key household, with loving, caring and patient people who will continue her lessons. She would do best in an adult-only home with other small dogs who can teach her everything she needs to know about living life as a beloved pet. Cupcake is fostering in Florida. Story
Bear is a 9-month-old male doodle who is active, affectionate, and very sweet. He does great with small to large dogs (not toy-sized), cats, and kids of all ages. He’s potty trained and walks very well on a leash. Inside the home, Bear is calm and likes company. He loves face rubs and will lay his chin on your lap to relax. He bonds closely with his person and would do best in a home with someone home full-time. A patient, nurturing owner — preferably a woman due to his submissiveness — would be ideal. He’s still a puppy and needs continued training and supervision. He likes to explore, dig, and chew in the yard. He does not do well in a crate, gets nervous when confined but is comfortable in a small AC space like a bathroom with lots of toys. Disclaimer: He experiences submissive urination during greetings or intense interaction. He also gets car sick on long car rides. We work full-time and want him to have the attention and love he deserves.
