Goldendoodle Dark Dan was relinquished by no fault of his own to a municipal shelter in Indiana. This is a nice boy who is good with other dogs & with people. He is very sweet but would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building. His approx. birth date is 11/11/23 &  he currently weighs 59#. We are guessing at his breed. He has been vet. checked, neutered, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. He is heart worm & tick born illlness negative. His adoption donation is $400 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card. There is a 3% processing fee when using a debit/credit card. Please note that any additional funding collected for this pet goes back into our medical acct. to provide for other dogs in need. Fuzzy Feeling came to us from a breeder where she was relinquished by no fault of her own. She simply got too old for the pet store. This is a nice girl who is good with other dogs & with people. She is very sweet but would benefit from some basic obedience and confidence building. Her birth date is 04/24/22 and she currently weighs 5.25#. Photos were taken after spay surgery & she is still sleepy. No small children please due to her small size. She will need grooming before adoption and for her entire life. Her mother was a mini Goldendoodle and her father a mini poodle. UPDATE - she has been returned after a new baby came in to the family. She needs a low key home with no children and an experienced handler with structure. Fuzzy will resource guard a person & should not be allowed on the furniture. She has been to training & is house trained. Adult weight is 26.9#.She has been vet. checked, spayed,  micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings but too young for rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. We adopted Louie from the Nashville Humane Society September 2022. They guessed he was 2 years old, but we think he might have been a little younger. He is very sweet and loving, medium-high energy, but loves to relax as well. With our current schedule he is at home in a crate most of the day and we think he would do better with someone that had more time for him.He's good with kids and other dogs. He's just big, energetic and would thrive in a more active home.He is house trained and crate trained. He knows sit, lay down, shake, and stay.We recently got a kitten and his excitement seems like a a lot for the kitten. His big energy doesn't mesh well with the new kitten.We have a large metal crate that can go with him as well.

Story
Loki is a 9-year-old Goldendoodle who has been part of our family since he was four months old. He has spent his entire life around young children and is house trained, affectionate, friendly, and a little goofy. He believes everyone he meets wants to love on him and is happy to oblige! He loves treats, playing outside, snuggling on the couch, and being pampered at the groomer. Loki has severe anxiety surrounding thunderstorms and fireworks and may become destructive when panicked. We have worked with his veterinarian and tried daily and situational medications, a ThunderShirt, white noise, and safe spaces. My increasingly demanding job no longer allows me to reliably be home during storms to provide the supervision he needs. Rehoming him is incredibly difficult, but we hope to find someone whose lifestyle can accommodate his anxiety and give this sweet, goofy boy all the love he deserves.

Story
PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING TO ADOPT INDY   Indy came to us as a client of our friends at Serenity and does amazing with them, unfortunately without a lot of guidance and training daily Indy has quite a bit of hiccups in the home, and was sent back to his breeder then another trainer who continued to work with him! Indy's hiccups included ... Resource guarding toys and food with children and adults , He was barrier guarding in the kennel and will snarl and bark.  He is currently being fostered with Serenity Pet Spaw where he does well! He is working on training and making the crate a happy time and he has passed all the tests with flying colors!!! He does amazing grooming and only has some issues with nail filing but, they see no biting just a few lip lifts which is being worked on as well. We would consider Indy a special case due to his background and we would only adopt local. We would ask anyone adopting to continue doggy daycare, grooming and boarding with Serenity Pet Spaw but ,we understand that may not be possible and if changing to a different facility is necessary Serenity is happy to talk to and work with whatever facility is choosen to make sure Indy has the best transition! We would ask any potential adopters be willing to continue to crate train(Serenity will go over all the training they are doing as well!) and sign up with a trainer prior to adoption.  Indyis selective with other dogs and will get along with certain cats, we would love a foster to adopt for him and help acclimate him to your home!  Indys perfect home would be an active very dog knowledgeable home with adults who would be involved in the training process too.  HE WILL BITE and when going out of the home it will be asked he wear a muzzle. OB's Rocket Man came to us from a kill shelter in Arkansas where he ended up by no fault of his own. This guy is good with other dogs, but fearful with people. His approx. birth date is 06/01/20 and he currently weighs 22.8#. He needs a little confidence. We are guessing at this breed. His photos were taken after neuter and he is still sleepy. This guy will bite of he feels threatened. He cannot go with children of any age and will not go to anyone without experience.  He has been vet. checked, neutered, micro chipped, is up to date on routine shots & wormings including  rabies, and has been treated with flea & heart worm preventative per our protocol. He also tested heart worm negative.  His adoption donation is $250 and needs to be cash, certified check, money order or a debit/credit card.
