Birthdate 10/10/25Otis was adopted when he was 4 months old. Mother was a 50 lb poodle and dad was a 60lb golden. Last vet appt he was 62 lbs and she said to expect another 20 lbs. he’s a big boy. Unfortunately I’m sick and too weak to control him. He is completely house trained and has never damaged anything inside but is not interested in learning training commands at all. Unfortunately that doesn’t work with my small grandchildren. Otis is a snuggler and thinks he’s only 10 lbs so he can knock down the kids when he’s only playing. He has never hurt anyone again he just doesn’t realize his size. Up to date on all shots. Not fixed. Vet was waiting until this summer and was going to microchip at same time. His favorite thing to do is play catch and is very good at bringing the ball back. He loves to run in the yard too.

Story
Looking for a furry companion? We have made the difficult decision to rehome our six year old male doodle Prince Charming. Our female Husky has recently decided he's the enemy - she is becoming very territorial. He does get excited and jumps to meet new people but is very treat motivated to be a good boy! He has great recall, doesn't leave the yard, and loves being off leash outside with us. We adopted him about 7 months ago and we've had our other dog for three years - they both deserve to be happy, but they currently can't be around each other safely which poses issues. He recently had a groom, summer clip, and nail trim. Rehoming fee applies and includes toys, elevated feeder with bowls, crate, leash, harness, food and toys. Cleared by shelter to rehome after extensive follow up, training, supervised interactions and discussion about what's best and safest for everyone.

Story
Sadie will be 3yrs old August 1st. She is a sweet and loving dog full of energy. She is housebroken and doesn’t tear things up, not even her toys! She loves people and is sure all guests have come to see her. She does not shed. The problem is with our little Pomeranian. Sadie is so much bigger and tends to play rough. I think she believes the little dog is a toy. She also tends to bully her as far as not letting her come up the stairs, blocking the door so she can’t get in, mischievous things like that. She does very well with dogs her size but not little dogs. She went to doggy daycare several times a week for over a year and there was never any issues. She loves rotisserie chicken as a little appetizer before dinner and knows 9:00 o’clock is her treat time. She will stare at you until you also remember, it’s treat time.

Story
Ava is an active and social dog that weighs about 43 lbs. She will be turning 2 years old this December. Ava is dog-friendly, intelligent, and is popular at the dog park and doggy daycare. Ava loves to play with every dog she meets. Therefore, she would do best in a home with another young dog to play with daily. An active family who is home during the day would be great for her. She can get the zoomies if cooped up for long periods of time. She loves pools, lakes, beaches, and hikes; she’d be a great dog for a family that likes to spend time outdoors. She also loves to play tug-of-war (she’ll probably win!) and fetch. Ava is good with kids but because of her love of zoomies and her playful energy, we recommend kids 12 or older. Ava needs a yard that is fenced. She can jump a 4’ fence easily. The times she has gotten out she stays close by and hasn’t run away; she also has good recall. We haven’t tested her with an electric fence but because she’s so intelligent, we do think she’d learn to use one easily. She is housebroken and isn’t crated when left alone; she has free reign of the house and as long as there isn’t a plate of food left out for her to swipe, she’s fine. She doesn’t particularly like crates but has tolerated them in the past. She can sometimes be hesitant around new people at first, particularly adult men, but will warm up to them quickly. She will make a fun, and loving companion, especially if you are looking for an active, playful fun-loving dog!
