FOSTERED IN SIOUX CITY Name- Ivey Jewel Age- 4 yrs old Breed- Goldendoodle What was your life like before NDCB/Where did you come from? Another Home Who is your main caretaker/favorite person now? Both Foster Parents Are you good with kids? Yes What age ranges? All Are you good with other dogs? Yes, she is good around other dogs, very friendly walking outside & inside with 4 other dogs. She lays beside other dogs. She loves to lay on the couch with blankets, pillows, toys, and bones! When she is on the couch she likes a little space around her from the other dogs. Are you good with cats? Unsure Are you housebroken? Yes What is your current potty routine? She goes potty every 3-4 hrs, she can wait longer. She has never had an accident. She sometimes walks towards the door if she has to go outside, very smart. Do you like car rides? She enjoys car rides! Do you like walks? She also enjoys walks! How are you on a leash? She does great walking on a leash. Do you like toys? She loves toys, blankets, pillows, and bones! What is your favorite toy? Stuffed toys! Do you know any commands/tricks? Sit, stay. How are your house manners? Very calm and friendly, full of love! Describe your personality- She is very shy, calm, observant, great watch dog, loves to lounge on the couch and snuggle with a person! Describe your perfect home- Her perfect home would be the only dog or one other dog with adult kids or an older couple/person, because she acts a little like an older dog - she is very calm & a calm environment would suit her very well. However, she is so smart she could fit in most homes! She needs access to a couch, blankets, pillows, toys, and bones! She is a little territorial of her toys, but she will share. She is afraid to go up a large flight of stairs. She wants to snuggle and would need to walk around outside to get some exercise. She is a wonderful dog full of love! She is a great watch dog and she can hear well. She did wonderful visiting a senior living facility and could be a great therapy dog.
