Scarlett joined us after her elderly owner could no longer care for her. She is a sweet girl who loves to cuddle and be close. Scarlett does well with other dogs, a bit shy initially but she enjoys some playtime once she is comfortable. She is not quite 2 years old and weighs approximately 28 lbs.
