Story
Asher is an approximately 1.5 year old Aussie doodle. He showed up as a stray on my mom’s property. We were able to find out he was bought a as a puppy to someone in the neighborhood and then abandoned. He is really sweet and protective of me however he is not always getting along with my male dog. He does fine with my senior chiweenies as long as there is not a bone to guard. He does play with the male dog, he is just not accepting of his position in the pack. He does have some strong herding behaviors with my puppy and this may make him unsuitable for a home with toddlers unless they are monitored as herding them could cause falls. Willing to discuss/waive adoption with purchase of his next bravecto. Microchip will be Sat. I am open to having him visit his new home to see if it is a good fit. He is very friendly and social on store and vet visits, including with other dogs. He loves cuddles. I would prefer if his situation does not work out that he is returned to me, not a shelter.
