She is currently learning how to walk on a leash and, once mastered, she looks forward to an active lifestyle filled with walks, hikes, and nature adventures alongside her adopted family.Sparrow is patiently waiting at National Mill Dog Rescue for the perfect family to come along. If you're looking for a loving companion who will bring endless joy and affection into your home, come meet Sparrow and let her warm your heart with her puppy-like charm.- - - - - -Prior to being rescued, many of our dogs have experienced minimal socialization. As a result, there is often an adjustment period when learning about life as a family pet. We typically do not adopt to homes with young children. Patience, understanding and a gentle hand are a must. The great news is, many of these dogs come around with patience and being a part of their rehabilitation is an extremely rewarding experience.
