Story
If you think this fun and goofy girl is a fit for your family, and you've considered the expenses of a giant breed dog, please fill out an application at https://brokenheartsrescue.wixsite.com/mysite/general-6-1 NOT AT ADOPT A PET. MUST BE WITHIN 4HRS OF TWIN FALLS, IDAHO. Sometimes, we will recommend professional training when adopting a certain dog out, both to help them, (AND YOU) learn how to best integrate that dog into your home. Training forms a bond and creates solid communication with you and your new family member. Since coming back, Siri has completed professional training and received her Canine Good Citizenship. She now has a great foundation for her new family to build on. You don't happen upon a great dog. You become great with the dog. Siri is a 1 1/2 year old, 100lb, Great Dane who has been spayed, double cherry eyes fixed, and had gastropexy surgery to prevent her stomach from flipping, which can be common in giant breeds. She is 1000% goofy girl. Though she sounds tough with her deep bark, she is more likely to tuck tail and hide behind you if something is scary. In fact, her recent trip to the vet had her sitting on her foster mom's lap while getting her vaccines. 🤣 Water from a hose is so fun, until the hose turns on her, then it's a mad dash to run away, tripping over her feet as she goes. Siri loves car rides and hopes her new family will take her on many adventures. A lot of experiences are very new to her, but she wants to be by your side doing it together. Siri is a little bit of a drama queen if she wants to do something, like go for a walk and you tell her no. Like every child, she tends to voice her opinion on why life is not fair. I swear she knows what you are saying, and you can almost understand her side of the argument. Siri will need a family committed to keeping up with her training. She is so much better with her new skills and her family needs to know how to help her continue to be the best girl she can be. Her adoption fee is $300 to help cover her medical and training.

Story
Hi, I am MIni, but don't let the name fool you. I am a Great Dane, Pitbull, Mastiff cross. I do have a DNA profile from one of my siblings available and I have pics of mom and dad (dad looked like Marmaduke). I came to the rescue with 17 siblings of various ages when a younger human sibling became ill. My mom and dad decided while our humans were away to have another litter. There were so many of us that our humans tried hard to keep us together but had to focus on our young human sibling and it was decided that we needed to find another place to live. This was very scary for two of us especially. We had never been away from our home in the country and we ended up in a shelter that scared two of us so bad that we just froze. The nice man from the rescue came and saved us from the noisy place and since then I have been coming out of my shell, but it is taking me longer than my sister. I am so happy when my foster comes home from work and lets me out to potty that I don't want to go back into the house. I just want to hang out in the yard and not sit in front of the tv like my sister wants to do. I used to live with little humans but I am a big girl and am just over 1 year old so I worry I could bump into them accidentally. I have not met a lot of humans so I am super shy at first and I just want to watch you for a while to make sure you are an okay person. I have not met a lot of people so sometimes I am slow to decide you are okay. If you have patience with me you will see that it passes and I will begin to warm up before you know it. If you are active and like outside and not sit in front of the tv all the time then you may be the person for me. www.friendsfureveranimalrescue.net adoption application
