Story
This is Gracie! She is a sweet and loyal young pup! It's difficult for us to imagine why anyone would move out and leave such a great dog behind, but that's exactly what happened. She stayed put on the front porch waiting for her family to come back. After some coaxing, a kind neighbor was able to encourage her to come with her, leading to her rescue. Gracie is safe now and learning to trust again. We have promised to find her the "forever" she deserves! Gracie is loving, energetic and curious - she loves to explore and sniff all the smells! She will need a family that can match her energy level (that of a typical young pup). She is house and crate-trained, but definitely prefers to be out and about with her person! She is currently in boarding and would love to be in a foster home while we continue to search for her forever family. She is wonderful dog who would be a joy to spend time with! We love Gracie, she shines at our adoption and other public rescue events - we have no idea why no one has snatched her up!

Story
Meet Paige Fostering in Arkansas Can arrive to new home on 7/1/23 Here's the link to our adoption application: https://form.jotform.com/201317338010137 Paige was found as a stray in a rural town in Arkansas. Paige is a sweet girl with the classic Dane temperament. She loves to get on the bed with you and a lap is great place to try and fit. She will look for snacks from places most pups can't reach. We think she might be related to the Hamburglar. as these seem to be her favorite thing to steal. She does well in her crate. Paige is a sweet girl that gets along with most everyone. She loves toys, treats and all the loves! She still has some of that puppy energy and we are working on our leash etiquette. Paige is house and crate trained and does pretty well with general manners (except those darn goodies on the counter). She is looking for a home where she can live an active, happy life. If this sounds like your home, use the link below to apply. ADOPTION INFORMATION: We are a foster-based animal rescue and we thank you for your interest in one of our animals. Our fosters and adoption coordinators are the backbone of what we do. Our fosters work tirelessly to integrate our rescue animals into their home, so that we can provide as much information to potential adopters as possible. In addition, our coordinators offer as much information regarding the medical and behavioral and personality characteristics as is known to our organization. Without them, and our extremely generous donors, we would not be able to save as many animals as we do every day. With each adoption, we operate a Pay It Forward program, whenever possible, to help other animals in our rescue and future animals in need. If you are interested in one of our animals, please complete an application. The application link can be found on our Petfinder homepage under the picture. You may also find our application on our website at www.petmatchmakerrescue.com under the Adopt page. If they are listed on our website, their adoptions have not been finalized yet. That does not mean that we have not received several applications, already. Please complete an application if you are interested and we will keep you apprised of their current status. We are all volunteers that work full-time jobs, so please be patient with us. We will get back with you as quickly as possible. Story
We really hate to do this, but we need to rehome our boy Oddie. His pray drive is too high and he is terrorizing our chickens. He has been neutered and is up to date on all shots and vaccinations. He is housebroken but needs to be kenneled when you’re gone. He’s about a year and a half old and is very sweet, but very protective. I initially rescued him and we only Intended to foster him until he found a home. Experience with giant breeds a must. He also can not go to a home with small animals, children, or small livestock. He does well with other big dogs, but he has only ever been socialized with our other Danes. He would likely do well as an only dog. He has killed a cat before and we don’t have kids and he has never been around them so we aren’t sure how he will do with children. He will come with his kennel, some food, and his Jolly Ball. Serious inquiries only.
