Story
Tucker and Brutus are very well cared for dogs/family members. Family sadly cannot keep them. Family needs a loving qualified home to adopt them together. Below is a description by the owner who is torn having to rehome them but knows it is best. Brutus is a 5 year old purebred male. He is up to date on all his shots and neutered. He is a huge teddy bear, he does not realize how big he actually is and loves to cuddle. He loves belly rubs the most. He knows how to sit on command. He loves car rides & going to daycare. He is good with kids he’s been with all of my 8 children for the last 5 years. I do have to be cautious with my little little ones because he truly doesn’t know how big he actually is. My kids can roll on him, lay on him, etc and he lets them. He knows not to be on the couch and if he jumps up (never does anymore) you say “off” he gets off. He loves peanut butter, cheese, and carrots. On a leash he is very hard to control. He’s very strong and pulls. He barks at other dogs and sounds aggressive but he truly just wants to play with them but always gets taken as he’s aggressive or mean. He does get along with other dogs but he plays rough because he’s so big. He does not have any medical issues. Tucker is Brutus’s litter mate. He is 5 years old, neutered, and up to shots also. He got him a few weeks later than Brutus. He is smaller and tries to be the alpha. He is very very sweet, energetic, and loving. He loves to be right in your face and loves affection! He can sit on command and he knows not to jump on the furniture. He loves running outside, loves treats, carrots, cheese, and peanut butter! He is very good with my kids, he lets them crawl, pull his hair, lay on him, etc and he never cares. He’s a little more iffy with other dogs than Brutus I think because he thinks he has to be the alpha dog. He pulls on a leash because like Brutus he’s very strong. He does get anxious and he’s been recommended to be on Prozac for anxiety. He has no medical issues besides the anxiety. He’s very attached to Brutus and loves being with him.
