Story
Meet Axel, a 1-year-4-month-old Greyhound/Labrador Retriever mix with a gentle heart and a loving spirit. He is sweet, affectionate, and eager to be close to his people. Axel loves walks, playtime, and being part of your daily routine. He is crate-trained, good with structure, and enjoys calm companionship. Axel has a sensitive stomach and skin, and he’s also dealing with an unknown health issue affecting his weight. Despite many vet visits, we haven’t been able to identify the cause, and the ongoing care costs have become overwhelming. We want him to have the chance to thrive with someone who can continue the medical support he needs. He deserves a patient, compassionate home that can provide stability, love, and proper care. Axel is a wonderful companion who just needs the right environment to help him feel and grow his best. If you can offer him that, he will give you endless loyalty in return.

Sage is a very sweet, quiet and calm girl with seemingly no point to prove. She is decent on leash but dislikes wild turkeys! She has pretty flashy white markings along with her ebony coat. She makes good eye contact and will probably come out of her shell as she acclimates to life as a pet. Available for adoption through Greyhounds Only, Inc., Adoption and Rescue. Jackson is absolutely stunning with a fawn body, black muzzle, and raccoon tail — yes, he’s a drop dead gorgeous boy. Very affectionate, he loves people, makes greyt eye contact, and has been known to give more than a few hugs. Jackson is strong, gets excited with loud noises, and will benefit from leash training. A yard, an active adopter who likes to walk, or maybe some doggy sports should help him to burn off some of that energy.
