With proper introductions, she’s happy to make dog friends, and while she hasn’t been cat tested yet, she more than makes up for it with her gentle personality. A true couch potato at heart, she’s food-motivated and always up for a treat. One of her cutest quirks? She loves to carry a stuffy around wherever she goes. If you’re looking for an easygoing, affectionate companion, she might be your perfect match. Bella the Beagle came to Pinellas County Animal Services as an owner surrender due to her family experiencing major life changes. Suddenly finding herself in a shelter was overwhelming, and Bella was understandably scared and confused. Now safe in a loving foster home, Bella is beginning to decompress and show her sweet, gentle nature. She’s a bit shy at first, but she truly enjoys human companionship—especially sitting or curling up beside her person. Bella is looking for a patient, calm, and quiet home where she can continue to build confidence at her own pace. She currently coexists peacefully with the dogs in her foster home, though she hasn’t started playing yet and can be a little nervous around them.
