Meet Sherlock Bones, a shy beagle mix who is patiently waiting for a family to help him truly shine. He came from a situation with quite a few other dogs, so having a confident canine friend in the home may really help boost his confidence and show him the ropes. Sherlock Bones doesn’t mind being carried and is warming up to new friends more and more each day—and did we mention how super cute he is? He’s a sweet, gentle boy who deserves a home where he can finally feel safe, confident, and comfy. He isn’t fully housebroken yet (which can be tough when you’re living with lots of dogs), but with consistency, patience, and love, he should pick up on it fast and make an excellent companion too. Sherlock Bones would do best with savvy, older kids who understand that he may need space at first and isn’t a fan of fast movements. He is a big fan of chicken and hot dogs so that helps win him over fast too! With a little time and a lot of heart, this sweet boy will blossom into a wonderful family member
