Gunther was found roaming around a neighborhood in Sacramento. He was originally believed to be a community cat and was trapped for neuter with the plan to release him. However, Gunther had other plans! While recovering from his neuter surgery he was was chatting away just waiting for somone to listen. We attempted to pet him through the cage and he instantly leaned in to soak up the ear scratches. We could tell it had been a long time since he has felt love from a person. It was decide that Gunther would no longer live his life on the streets and he was placed as a foster into rescue. When he came to us he has scabs all over his body, possibly from a flea allergy. He had many battle wounds, which is common for unaltered male street cats. Gunther was given the time and space he needed to heal from his adventures as a street cat. We believe Gunther would do well in a home with other cats or as a single kitty. He loves attention and will follow his people around asking for pets. Gunther seems to scare easily with loud noises, can you blame him? He was constantly on guard while outdoors. Talking to him gently and reassuirng him everything is okay will be important to building his trust back. Gunther is still a kitten at heart, he loves to roll around on his back to show off his tummy and carry his toys around in his mouth. This sweet young cat was taken into rescue to receive spay and medical services. Original plan was trap-neuter-return, but she just seemed to friendly and adoptable for that.  So...after an appropriate stray-hold, Madeline is up for adoption through Purrfectly Pawsible.   Adoption Fee: $100 ##2001874##

Flirty Flick is a really special young cat.  She is just over a year of age, and has experienced multiple pregnancies throughout her short life.  Fortunately one of our volunteers got involved, swooped this friendly, unowned stray and her last litter of kittens up off the streets, and said,"No more for you!"   Flirty Flick lives up to her name.  She loves attention, and she has the cutest little flick of her tail move that is guaranteed to win anyone over.   We believe FF would be great with other cats, dogs, and respectful children given proper time to acclimate.   Adoption Fee: $100 ##2032874##
