Story
Found her roaming outside. I started putting food out for her and she ate a lot each day. I finally trapped her as male cats were chasing her. I took her to my vet and had her spayed, witness tests done, which are negative. I also had her microchipped and a rabies vaccine given, and a three month bravecto applied, which prevents worms, fleas and ticks. She is unique as she has no tail. She will need an owner with experience on outdoor stray cats. She will need to be kept I. A small room with a place hide like a carrier or closed cat house, she will require weeks of patience and someone who will sit in room and let her come to you. I do not recommend a home with young kids, dogs, or other cats.

Story
Burt (named after Burt Reynolds, “the bandit”) is 10lbs and will be 2 years old in June 2026. Burt is a very vocal cat, likes snuggling with his humans, LOVES dogs, likes to groom and care for his cat sister Beatrice (also adoptable) and enjoys having the ability to go outdoors to roam freely, so he would do best in a living situation that allowed indoor/outdoor access. He’s also done very well around our newborn. Uses litter box with no issues. Burt has clawed at two of our upholstered living room chairs, so would benefit from an owner with the experience/patience to train him not to do so. He’s also very mischievous and likes to steal and hide cotton swabs from the trash cans.Burt has Urinary Tract Disease (common in orange males), which is easily managed with Hill’s prescription wet food (Chewy.com) and free-feeding Iam’s urinary dry food (Walmart). The wet food is expensive, but he only needs 1/4 can per day. He has had no flares-ups since being on this diet for a year now.
