Though they began as feral cats, Tia's gradual transformation has made her increasingly sociable, adapting seamlessly to indoor living. Initially timid, she has overcome her shyness, now embracing human contact, relishing petting, love, and attention, particularly during mealtime. Tia's gentle nature extends to her compatibility with both cats and dogs. While she may initially shy away from unfamiliar canines, a result of a past encounter with a husky, she generally tolerates them well after gaining trust. Though she prefers solitude and rest over constant companionship, Tia is reliably present when it's time to eat. Spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and equipped with a microchip, Tia is poised to join a family that welcomes her as a cherished member without expecting her to be a lap cat. She takes delight in her cat tower and high shelves, demonstrating the typical feline love for elevated spaces. Tia eagerly awaits the opportunity to find her forever home, offering her a unique blend of independence and affection.

Meet the lovely Lulu, a domestic short-haired grey and white female born in January 2017. Lulu is exceptionally friendly and a true people cat. She thrives on human interaction, especially when addressed by her name. While she prefers consistency in feeding time and food choices, she can adapt to changes over time. This charming feline enjoys engaging in conversation and will greet you with enthusiasm. Lulu expresses herself when it's mealtime or if she desires to go outside. She adores being brushed and revels in cuddles, showcasing her affectionate nature. Not one to engage in conflicts, Lulu gets along well with other cats. She has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccines, and is ready for her next chapter. Lulu, along with her brother Popeye, was surrendered by their owner due to relocation to another country. Meet Moose! He is a playful, friendly, sweet black cat who loves everyone and is always looking for pets. He is very vocal and often has a lot to say. He loves going on walks outside and napping in high places like his cat tree or on top of the cabinets. Moose had stress cystitis and some urinary problems back in April and again in May but thankfully now has been managed by a mandatory prescription wet food and dry food diet. Moose would best be suited for either an active, single person able to take him on walks and/or play with him a bunch and show him lots of loving, or a family with older children who has someone home often. I am not sure how he is with babies/kids, and he can be too playful/aggressive with other cats, but I think he would be ok living with a dog after some adjustment. He really is a sweet guy and just wants a loving home ASAP! Adoption fee is negotiable.

***Shy but a sweet boy looking for his furever person **** Theo is a 2-year-old, dark, male tabby with big, round, soulful eyes. Once he settles in he is oh-so affectionate, rubbing around your legs and following you around. He lives for pats, strokes, and cuddles. Very easy going, he gets along well with other cats be they rambunctious or retiring. Sassafras is a beautiful 2-year-old calico with a gentle, curious spirit. She loves exploring new spaces and is very inquisitive, which makes her a great candidate for mental enrichment like food or treat puzzles (still to be tested with her foster). She’s food-motivated and enjoys both thoughtful engagement and interactive play. When it’s time for fun, Sass happily chases wand toys, and when the day winds down, she’s more than ready to snuggle up in bed with you. While she isn’t overly vocal, she has the sweetest way of greeting her foster—offering a few soft, welcoming meows while rubbing affectionately and weaving between their legs. Sass is currently content being the only cat and would thrive as the center of attention. With slow, proper introductions, she may also do well in a calm household with an older, easygoing cat. One of her most endearing and unique traits is her love of car rides. They seem soothing to her, and you may even catch her making biscuits in her carrier while traveling. She has comfortably handled car rides lasting up to 90 minutes without making a single peep—an exceptional little traveler.
