Honey is a bright, active mixed-breed Savannah girl with a heart full of curiosity and a spirit made for adventure. Petite in size but full of energy, she’s quick on her feet and loves to climb, run, and explore every inch of her space. Cat trees, wall furniture, and high perches are her domain! Though she may be shy at first, Honey forms deep bonds with her people once trust is built, becoming a loyal and affectionate companion. Rescued from a tough past, Honey has made incredible strides and now enjoys the simple joys of free-roaming, playtime, and gentle affection. She does best in a calm, dog-free home with no young children and may coexist with other cats if introduced slowly and respectfully. Honey needs an experienced cat owner who understands her breed’s high intelligence and activity level, and who has 1–2 hours daily to keep her mentally and physically stimulated. Honey is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, routinely treated for fleas and worms, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV and heartworm. Her estimated DOB is 11/1/2022. Mary “J” Jane is a super sweet cat, with not one single feisty bone in her body. Mary Jane is about 11 years old (born summer time 2014) and I adopted her from the Wayne county humane society in the summer of 2016. J is a bit of an anxious cat, which is part of the reason I’m looking to rehome her, there are 4 other cats in the household and I feel she would thrive best in a calm household with zero or one other pet. Because of the stress, J has gone outside her litter box from time to time so I’m currently working with a local vet on this and as of the morning I’m typing this, she has used her litter box. Overall, Mary Jane is a great cat and has never scratched or bitten anyone, but I know she is more stressed in this environment so I’m looking to do right by her and find a calmer place for her to thrive in.
