If you’re interested in meeting Snapdragon, please complete an adoption questionnaire here: https://nexuspets.org/adoption-interest-survey/Snapdragon isn’t quite ready yet, but he will be soon!Meet Snapdragon, a handsome gray tabby with a quiet charm and a soft, observant nature. While he’s a bit more social than his shy friend Bergamont, Snapdragon still prefers to take things at his own pace. He enjoys being near people and will happily watch the world from a cozy spot, slowly warming up as trust is built. With gentle handling, consistency, and patience, Snapdragon shows glimpses of his affectionate side and is learning that human companionship can be a good thing.Snapdragon is currently in a foster home. Prior to adoption, he will be neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, given age-appropriate vaccines, and started on flea prevention. His adoption fee is $100.Snapdragon would thrive in a calm, understanding home with an adopter who appreciates subtle personalities and the quiet joy of earning a cat’s trust. If you think Snapdragon might be the right fit for your home, please reach out—we’d be happy to share more and let you know when he’ll be ready for adoption.

Story
I found Baby Cat 2 months ago crying and wandering the streets behind my house. Hes so very sweet and has so much love to give. His favorite toys are your sleeves and any tape measures you have laying around! He loves to follow my dog around the yard almost as if hes the protector. We call him Baby Cat because his meows are the sweetest little meows youll ever hear, Not to mention hes a huge cuddle bug! Hes an amazing little kitty and it breaks my heart that we cant take him in. Hes been with us for 2 months now and he fits in perfectly with our family, just not our schedules. Hes been to the vet and is fully vaccinated with no health issues. They told us he seems to be around 1 y/o and that hes definitely no older than 2. An ideal home for Baby Cat would be someone who has the time to just lay down and cuddle him, because thats really all he wants. I do believe hed be good with kids as long as they do well around
