Story
Frida is our most sweetest girl. We adopted her from the Humane Society when she was 6 weeks old (11/2017). She was raised with another kitten and later our two sweet human babes. She has such a great disposition. She loves to play with puff ball toys and is an avid bird and bug watcher. Over time we noticed she had a very infrequent eye infection, which is aggravated by stress. She needs eye drops for a few days and is as good as new. This past year we had some repairs done to the home and this affected her deeply. She began to hide, and have more frequent eye flares and she showed us that she was not at her best. We remedied the issues, but her stress levels did not dissipate. We feel that her mental and physical health would improve if she found a new home to start fresh.

Story
Indoor cat, age 13. Adopted at age three from a cat shelter. Received very good care with regular vet visits. She has had her teeth cleaned. She again has dodgy teeth but vet says no need to clean again as long as she has no problem eating. She has benign tumor in her chest. She is sweet and very good with adults, not tested with kids. She never runs off when people come over. She is gentle, never scratches or bites. Easy to administer medications. Never misses her box. She recently developed hyperthyroidism so she frequently begs for food. She is on methimazole pills to treat the condition which she needs to have twice a day for the rest of her life. The vet says the medication is working, on it for almost two months. However she still asks for food often and is very vocal. It may take a while for her to readjust. She is naturally vocal. I love her but at nearly 80 It is hard to keep up her care. A younger person would be more up to the task and give her the love she deserves.
