I recently arrived to CAC. My new friends haven’t gotten to know me very well yet, but so far they say I’m real sweet! I do have limited eye sight and bump into things from time to time, so be able to have patience while i get used to my new surroundings and family members. I do really enjoy snuggles and just running around being a happy guy. I’d love for you to come meet me. If you do decide to make me part of your family please remember I just arrived to the area. Please let me decompress at home for a week or two before taking me around to meet all your friends.

Story
Thelma and Louise are a bonded pair of best friends. They are both spayed females about 3 years old. They were found running the streets filthy, matted and emaciated. They were impounded at a shelter which held them for a required number of days before putting them up for adoption. They couldn't find anybody that would take the pair together and so they sent them up to rescue. These two dogs are absolutely adorable together. The little one is the boss for sure, but she's not mean or nasty like little dogs can sometimes be but Louise does follow her everywhere. They sleep together. They eat together, they play together. They love other dogs and all people. Both girls will need a little help with housebreaking. But they are very smart and learning quickly. They ride in the car beautifully so somebody must have loved them at some time. I think they would make excellent snowbird travelers. They love to travel. They are both excellent on the leash and neither one are yappers. They'll stay nicely in a 4-ft fence and just want to be loved. Both girls will require regular professional grooming going forward so take that cost into account before applying.
