Story
Little Lilly girl came to us as a surrender. She was living with someone who gave her to someone else. That person then gave her to their sister. Who then had her 2 weeks and decided they didn't have time for her. In other words, Lilly has been bounced around a lot in the recent short time. She came into the shelter scared, shy, and unsure of everything. We sent her to a foster home same day to start growing her confidence and stability. She does take some time to want to be with you, but if you have patience, in a few short days she will approach you for pets, enjoy your walks, and soon enough....be the lovey girl we know she can be. She just has to know love herself fist. Lilly is a poodle, she will need regular grooming. Her adopters should be aware and financially prepared for that!Right now she has some gunky eyes, which is giving her that discolored look. Slowly we are gaining her trust so we can wipe her eyes and try to get them cleaned up. It's not hurting her, so we aren't going to traumatize her by pushing it before she is ready. She doesn't seem to mind cats, and is in a foster home with another dog that she doesn't seem to care about. Lilly is looking for PATIENCE and understanding. This isn't the little dog you are going to hold, squeeze, and over-love right away. She needs time.  Primary Color: White Age: 1yrs 0mths 1wks
