You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Earl Frank is a 1 year old Miniature Poodle, he currently weighs 13.5 pounds.  We rescued Earl Frank from the shelter so we don't know anything about his past.   He is a very energetic dog that definitely likes to have fun.  He needs work on house training and basic puppy manners.  We are making an appointment to get him groomed very soon.
