Pumpkin is a male apricot miniature poodle. He is two years old and weighs 13 pounds. Pumpkin is neutered. He is vaccinated including rabies. Pumpkin is heartworm negative and on monthly heartworm preventive. Pumpkin is ready for adoption. Pumpkin is a long-legged, loving, maybe a tiny bit clingy, well behaved boy. He does well with other dogs and is navigating new friendships every day. Pumpkin is gentle about meeting new people as well. He is potty trained and crate trained and is learning the leash. Pumpkin loves a chew treat, is a big fan of lap time, and loves to tuck in beside you in the recliner or on the couch. Pumpkin tends to play with other dogs more than with toys, but that often changes with time and fewer dogs around. Pumpkin should be suited to most any home setting with people 10 and up. He is ready to give kisses! Adoption fee is $350. We only accept applications for a specific dog you are interested in adopting. We do not keep waiting lists or files of general applications for dogs we might get later. The online application can be found at this location: http://fs19.formsite.com/JeffTarpleyRescue/application/index.html A completed adoption application and, upon approval, an adoption contract is required. Jeff Tarpley Rescue welcomes applications from homeowners, renters, and condo or apartment dwellers. At a minimum, a phone interview will be conducted and a vet reference checked before the applicant may meet their preferred pet. We adopt primarily in the 4 states of the ArkLaTexOma. Applicants willing to travel to Texarkana will also be considered with additional requirements to qualify as approved.
