Hi, I’m Dorian ???I’m a gorgeous 2-year-old Himalayan who was found wandering around Prospect Park.Naturally, everyone assumed a cat this handsome had to belong to somebody. We searched and searched, but unfortunately no owner ever came forward.Since nobody claimed me, I’ve decided it’s time to find a new family instead.Before becoming available for adoption, I took a trip to the vet. Other than a small ear infection—which has already been treated—I received a clean bill of health and am ready to start my next adventure.I’m a sweet, confident guy who seems to have a bit of an adventurous streak. After all, not every cat can say they`ve spent time exploring one of New York City`s most famous parks.I enjoy attention and companionship and would love a home where someone enjoys spending time with me. We could relax together by a sunny window, watch birds, discuss neighborhood happenings, and generally enjoy each other`s company.I also think outdoor adventures sound pretty exciting. Not loose adventures, of course—I’ve already had enough of those. But a cat stroller? Now that sounds like luxury. Imagine being chauffeured around town while taking in all the sights and smells from the safety of a comfortable seat.Honestly, it sounds perfect.My future family should also be prepared for the grooming needs that come with a fabulous coat like mine. I’m looking for someone who won’t mind brushing me, helping me stay handsome, and appreciating all the fluff I have to offer.Dorian is ready to trade life as a park explorer for life as a beloved companion—and maybe an occasional stroller passenger extraordinaire ???????Dorian is neutered, dewormed, microchipped, tested for FIV and FeLV and is up to date with vaccines. His adoption fee is $650. Dorian will also get one free exam with one of our participating veterinarians within 30 days of his adoption. Minkee (aka Sissy) was rescued with her brother Smudgey (also on this site) in a field as kittens and socialized. She is shy and her brother looks out for her. She enjoys being pet.
