Story
Brando is an 8 year old neutered male Himalayan. He is a very handsome guy who came in very matted and needed to be clipped down and start fresh. Brando has a history of urinary blockage and is on a prescription food for the rest of his life. We took him to the vet and had him checked over (all was good). We understand Brando is a huge undertaking but we hope someone is willing to take on this sweet guy. Come meet Brando and we can tell you more about him.  Here is the adoption process:   To adopt an animal you must complete an application and be approved. There is a $60 fee for any animal which needs to be cash or a check - NO CREDIT CARDS. If the animal is not spayed or neutered, there is a $35 deposit which will be returned upon proof of surgery. All dogs must be licensed before leaving the Shelter. Please note that public offices that issue dog licenses are not open on Saturdays and Sundays. All cats must leave in a carrier.   Thank you for considering a homeless animal.December 14, 2025, 2:37 pm

Story
Princess is an 8 year old spayed female Himalayan (Picture 1) and Kiki is a 5 year old neutered male Himalayan (Picture 2).  They are a bonded pair that we would like to see be adopted together. They are both sweet and gentle kitties. Their new home must be committed to caring for their beautiful coats, though. Kiki had to clipped down when he first came to us.   Here is the adoption process:   To adopt an animal you must complete an application and be approved. Story
Charlie is a beautiful chunky cat. We don't like to offend him, so we say chunky. We don't use the other word. He is extremely lovable, loves to be pet. He loves to communicate with people and follow them around the house. He responds well to his name. He will also tap you if ignored. He will tap you until you pet him. He is a sweetheart. He's 9/10 yrs old. He is potty-trained. He becomes very skittish if he's in an environment where a lot is going on, a lot of noise, a lot of people. He's a very calIt's He needs a calm environment. The perrrfect home ideally is a household where there's no young children. He has his shots, although I think they're are due again. He is fixed, and there is maintenance on his eyes because they get dirty quite often. You should have experience with this breed before adopting. There is a rehoming fee. Presently, Charlie has long, long hair and needs to be combed daily.
