Himalayan kittens & cats in Salisbury, North Carolina

Jeff is a 3.5 y/o Himalayan. I got him from CLT Animal Control in November 2020, when he was approximately 10wks old. Jeff is a very anxious cat, but can be sweet when given time and space. He does not like a noisy house and is not a big fan of dogs or children. He would do best in a house with only adults and maybe another cat or two. He loves the other cats we have here! Unfortunately, Jeff has taken to peeing outside the litter box, and I don’t think the environment we’re providing is making him feel secure. Our two dogs add a lot of stress to his life. He’s taken meds and we’ve tried numerous other steps, but he’s just not consistent enough in the litter box at the moment, and we’re thinking maybe with our dogs, that he doesn’t feel as safe or secure as he needs to be. It breaks my heart, but I want him to be happy and I don’t know if this is working anymore. Jeff loves getting lunch meat in the morning! He loves treats and looking outside and sleeping on a nice cat tree! And toys!
