Story
We rescued Chanel in 2010. We were told that she was most likely going to be put down had she not been adopted within a week since there was a surplus of animals at the shelter. We have felt so lucky that she felt instantly at home with us and has been such a blessing to have around. At the time, she had a big brother cat named Coco, but we lost him shortly after Chanel came to us. She is very “motherly” to everyone. She is an indoor cat and does love to follow me around. My Chanu has always been there for me throughout my bad pain days; so patient and loving. She has also been a trooper and acclimated to her new environment quickly when it came to moving from one place to another with me. She is still active and will jump up on the bed to sleep with me. She loves sitting on the window sill and staring out. She divides her cat nap times equally between my room, my parents’ room, and my dad’s office.

Story
Stella is a Himalayan Ragdoll that was initially purchased from a breeder in Canada and is a gorgeous cat. The vet initially told us it was a female as a kitten, hence the name Stella. We later found of it was actually a male but the name fit too well so we rolled with it. Stella has been an amazing companion for 10 years and is one of the prettiest cats you will find. Stella is a very healthy cat that is up to date on vaccines. Stella has always been an indoor cat and just loves hanging out around the house. Loves to snuggle and is very friendly with people! Has always lived with dogs which has never been a problem. However just recently we had our first baby and ever since she has been peeing on some of her stuff (we are not sure why) which is has been very frustrating. Besides that, she is great with the baby. With us trying to have a second baby, Stella occasionally peeing on the baby’s stuff has just been too much for us to deal with.

Story
All of our cats are current on vaccines, combo tested (FIV/FELV) , spayed/neutered, microchipped, given rabies vaccine as age appropriate, flea treatment and dewormer as needed   Bogart is a sweet and loving cat who joins us from a home that didn't specifically meet his needs. He took some time to learn how to be a cat, and even when he was a kitten, was a very chill boy who just didn't quite gel with the other cats in the household. He would watch them play, but the idea never really caught on. In his current foster home, he is beginning to finally experiment with toys and come out of his shell a bit to let his fun side come through (instead of just looking regal), but he'll truly excel in a home that is willing to be patient with him and give him the time he needs to settle in, as well as with someone who is prepared to work with him and help him understand how to really be a cat. Bogart is generally ok with the other calm cats in his foster home, but he is still learning what boundaries mean from other cats, so he would do best in a home with another chill cat or as a single cat. He does enjoy head bonks and nuzzles from other cats who have a similar energy level. **Want to adopt? Story
We took Sophie in as a favor to a friend of a friend for what we thought was a temporary basis as she was going through a divorce. All was well for several years and then she began fighting violently with our other two cats. We’ve tried everything and have resorted to physical separation at this point and it’s really not fair for her nor our other cats. She doesn’t seem to mind dogs but cannot stand to be around other cats! She is completely an inside cat. She needs daily brushing for her long hair, but does not like it at all. She has a few quirks. The oddest one is that she only drinks water by dipping her paw in the water bowl and licking it off her paws. This can get messy if the water bowl is not kept on a mat or towel! We were told she was born in September 2015. She was spayed and given shots when we got her in 2021. She is on Vectra for flea control. Fleas haven’t been much of a problem however since our dog passed away.
