Story
Hazel is a sweet pup who loves attention. She is very playful and loves toys.Current home includes a 7lb Maltipoo, who she plays gently with, and an in/outdoor cat she has been unable to get close enough to.Her curiosity and instinct to chase/catch prey are fully intact, as she has unfortunately gotten ahold of and eaten several of our backyard chickens.We have a doggy door and as long as it remains open, she will go outside to potty rather than go in the house.She has been great with children and currently lives with our five kids ages 9-15, but remember it is important to respect an animal and it's space, and learns their cues. Hazel prefers to be left alone when she is enjoying treats such as peanut butter in a Kong toy, a bone, or other chew treat.Hazel sheds as typcial for a GSD/Husky, and it is manageable with regular grooming and vacuuming.She is crate trained and easily redirected with a tone/vibration collar, showing signs of an ability to easily train further.
