Story
Meet JJ — A Sweet, Sensitive Companion Looking for a Calm Home JJ is a 4-year-old Corgi mix with a gentle heart and a loyal spirit. Born on September 24, 2020, JJ has been loved since he was six months old after being rescued from Romania and brought to Germany before finding his current home. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and in good health, making him ready to begin his next chapter with a patient and understanding family. JJ is both house trained and crate trained and has a solid foundation of training. He has completed two separate 30-day board-and-train programs and has also attended doggie daycare and boarding without any issues. He does well with other dogs and has shown that he can coexist comfortably with canine companions. His experience with cats is unknown. While JJ is a very sweet and loving dog, he can be sensitive to new environments, unfamiliar noises, and sudden changes. He tends to be fearful when first encountering new situations, and when he becomes scared he may pull on the leash, try to run, or have an anxious accident. He is also very alert to sounds outside the home and likes to keep an ear on what’s happening around him. To help him feel more comfortable, JJ has previously been prescribed anxiety medication. With patience, reassurance, and a calm, predictable environment, he is able to settle and show his affectionate personality. Once JJ feels safe, he is a loyal and loving companion who enjoys being around his people. He would likely thrive in a quieter home with someone who understands sensitive dogs and is willing to give him the time and reassurance he needs to build confidence. JJ has so much love to give and is ready to find a home where he can feel secure, supported, and cherished. If you're interested in meeting JJ, please contact Rahel at (678) 438-6951. Story
Meet Bandit — your adventure buddy with a heart of gold 💛 Bandit may have a mischievous name, but this girl is pure sweetness through and through. She greets every day with excitement and is always ready to see what kind of adventure you have planned. A walk around the neighborhood? She’s in. A road trip? Buckled up and ready. A lazy afternoon outside? Her favorite kind of quality time. More than anything, Bandit just wants to be by your side. She doesn’t need anything fancy — as long as she’s with her person, she’s happy. Whether you’re out exploring or simply moving from room to room at home, she’ll be right there, loyal and content. And when it comes to affection? Bandit is always ready for pets. A gentle scratch, a loving pat, or a full cuddle session — she soaks it all up with the sweetest expression and a wagging tail to match. If you’re looking for a devoted companion who will happily tag along on every adventure and shower you with love at the end of the day, Bandit is ready to steal your heart (in the best way). 💕

Story
Meet Kona – Your Talkative, Toy-Loving Adventure Buddy! Kona is a fun-loving, high-energy pup with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will greet you like you’ve been gone for years (even if it’s only five minutes), Kona is your guy! He comes running to meet you at the door every single time, ready to shower you with excitement and love. This handsome boy lives for attention — both giving it and receiving it. He’s the master of the “puppy dog eyes” and will politely (and dramatically) beg to inspect absolutely anything you’re holding… even if it’s just a sheet of paper. He simply wants to be part of whatever you’re doing! Kona loves to walk, run, and play. Trips to the park are his absolute favorite, and he thrives when he has plenty of outdoor time and activity. He would do best in an active household or with a family committed to keeping him physically exercised and mentally stimulated. A bored Kona is a mischievous Kona, but a busy Kona is a very happy boy! He’s wonderfully respectful with his belongings and is great about chewing only on his own toys, especially when he has a good selection of tough chew toys to choose from. Keep his toy box stocked, and he’ll happily entertain himself between adventures. His favorite toy is his lambchop he was adopted with, which he refuses to destroy! Kona is also quite the conversationalist! He loves his classic “husky talk” and isn’t shy about telling you how he feels. If you enjoy a vocal, expressive dog with a silly, playful spirit, you’ll adore his commentary. When he was first adopted, Kona struggled with very bad separation anxiety. With time, patience, and consistency, he has improved tremendously. He’ll do best with a family that understands his past and can continue providing reassurance and routine. However, Kona cannot live with cats due too his high prey drive. He has been dog tested and does well with dogs his size or bigger, though small dogs are unknown. Kona needs a home that matches his energy, appreciates his silly personality, and is ready for a loyal shadow who wants to be involved in everything. In return, you’ll get endless enthusiasm, daily laughs, and a best friend who will love you with his whole heart. If you’re ready for adventure, conversation, unconditional love, please contact Krysha at 706-888-1709 or Kyle at 408-439-4020 to meet Kona!
