Story
Sullivan came into my life unexpectedly two years ago. I had never wanted to have a dog because my work hours seemed prohibitive to having one. When Sullivan came into my life after being left with me though, I fell in love with him and he and my two cats have lived together in our home peacefully every since. Then about two months ago, Sullivan started having accidents. I took him to the vet and discovered that he had diabetes. We have begun insulin and are working on finding the correct dosage. This change in his health status however really brought to the forefront that my long and varied hours away from home, with occasion overnights away are not what is best for my sweet Sullivan. He needs someone who can take him out with more consistency, who can be home with him for more cuddles and who can ensure he is getting his injections at the same time each day. My Sully is a wonderful boy and I hope someone can give him the love and care he deserves.
