Meet Luna!Luna is a 5-year-old, 75-pound husky (possibly mixed) with the perfect blend of playful energy and laid-back charm. She’s spayed, up to date on all her vaccinations, and fully house trained — ready to bring joy straight into her new family’s home.Luna is a sweetheart through and through. She loves bringing you her favorite toys( large tuff tennis balls or hedge hog squeaky toy) and will happily play fetch until her heart’s content. Most of the day, though, she’s a mellow girl who enjoys napping by your side and saving her bursts of energy for evening playtime.She’s good with kids, friendly with other dogs, and even gets along well with the family cat. At the dog park, she loves making new friends and greeting everyone with her happy spirit. Luna also loves going for walks and exploring outside - though she might pull a bit on the leash when she’s excited- but she’s not one to run off or try to escape. We have a small picket fence and she has never tried to jump or dig out. She prefers being near her people.Luna is great on road trips and adores car rides, making her a wonderful adventure buddy for a family that enjoys being out and about.Her current family loves her dearly but with a young baby, another on the way, and a senior dog who now needs extra care, they feel Luna deserves more time and attention than they can not give right now. They’re hoping to find her the perfect home - one where she’ll be loved, played with, and cherished like the loyal, gentle, and joyful dog she is.If you’re looking for a friendly companion who will shower you with love and always bring a smile to your face, Luna just might be your perfect match. Luna is currently in foster care outside of the shelter.
