Story
This distinguished gentleman is a 7-ish-year-old Corgi who recently began a brand-new chapter after being relinquished by a breeder.   Sir Richard may be shy and a bit reserved at first, but with patience and kindness, he’s starting to discover that people can be pretty wonderful. He’s currently working on his socialization and learning what it means to be part of a loving home.   He gets along well with other dogs and would do best in a calm, patient environment where he can continue to build confidence at his own pace.   If you’re the kind of person who finds joy in helping a gentle soul blossom, Sir Richard is waiting to meet his forever person — someone who will show him that love and safety are here to stay.   Apply at carerescueok.org   ##2539840##

Story
Walker came to us as a stray who was dumped at Petco in town. He was already neutered, so we'll be updating his vaccines, getting him microchipped, heart worm testing him, etc. He's a little shy at first, but will still approach you. He loves kids, and getting pets by them. He is potty trained, though he is a picky eater that will dump his food bowl sometimes. He walks decently well on leash, he does pull a tad, but it's not terrible.
