Story
Say hello to Nova! At just 1½ years old and 26 pounds, this small Siberian Husky girl is a perfect mix of beauty and brains. Her stunning blue eyes will stop you in your tracks—but it’s her loving personality that will truly win you over. She’s incredibly smart and thrives when she has a job to do. With sled dog or agility potential, she’d be an amazing match for someone who loves to bike, run, hike, or camp. She’s happiest when she’s active and part of the adventure! She adores people and is working hard on keeping all four paws on the floor when she says hello (she just gets so excited!). She’s kennel/crate trained and doing great on her potty training as we fine-tune her routine. She’s wonderful with other dogs, cats, and children—and she plays especially cute with her feline friends. While she can be a little timid at times, she blossoms quickly with reassurance and love. She’ll need a home with a fenced yard to safely burn off energy but she is definitely an indoor dog for meals and at night. Bonus: she doesn’t have the typical thick Husky coat, so grooming is a breeze! If you’re looking for an active, affectionate, blue-eyed adventure buddy, she’s your girl. Nova has been spayed, is current on vaccines, has tested negative for heartworm and is microchipped and ready for her forever home. If you are interested in adopting Nova, please complete an application on our website (uaaf.org/adopt). For more information, call/text Maryjo at 801-809-0602 or email maryjokorb@gmail.com.

Story
Meet Zane — better known as Brownie! At just 9 weeks old, this fluffy little Corgi mix is as cute as can be, with soft, slightly curly fur and the sweetest face. His once-floppy ears have officially popped up, giving him an extra dose of personality to match his playful spirit. Brownie is truly just here for a good time. He loves toys, enjoys playing with other dogs, and is happiest when he’s simply following people or his dog friends around. He doesn’t need to be the center of attention — he just wants to be part of whatever is going on. As long as he’s with someone, he’s content. Whether it’s playtime in the yard or relaxing nearby, Brownie is happy to be included. He is currently working on potty training and is slowly learning, making steady progress for such a young puppy. Brownie is eager, bright, and soaking up new experiences every day. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion who just wants to be by your side and share in life’s little moments, Brownie might be your perfect match. He’s neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines. If you are interested in adopting Zane, please complete an adoption application on our website (uaaf.org/adopt). Story
Meet ZigZag! This adorable 9-week-old Corgi mix may have been born at the animal shelter, but don’t let that fool you—he’s been living his best puppy life ever since! Zig Zag moved into a foster home where he’s been busy making friends with dogs, cats, kids… basically anyone willing to admire his cuteness. His hobbies include collecting toys like tiny treasures, enthusiastically taste-testing food (quality control is important!), chewing on bones, and zooming around with his siblings. When he’s not playing, he’s perfecting the fine art of snuggling—he’s an easygoing little guy who believes every lap is meant for him. Zig Zag is currently mastering potty pads and working hard on his “big puppy” goal of going outside. He’s smart, sweet, and just the right amount of silly. If you’re looking for a cuddle buddy with short legs and a big personality, Zig Zag is ready to zig and zag his way right into your heart! He’s neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines—so he’s all ready to pack his bags and move into his forever home. All he needs now is someone to fall in love with him. If you are interested in adopting ZigZag, please complete an adoption application on our website (uaaf.org/adopt).
