She can be a bit shy on walks, so a patient adopter with treats and a secure harness will help her build confidence.She’s a smart girl who responds well to redirection and enjoys training sessions — they’re a great way to engage her curious mind and strengthen your bond. Letti does best with slow introductions to new people and dogs and will thrive with someone who understands her need to feel safe and secure.While confinement isn’t her favorite, Letti does well when given a comfy space and the freedom to relax. Fernie brings a soft, steady kind of beauty to every space she grows in. Completely house trained and wonderfully well-mannered, this sweet girl has truly put down roots in foster care. She settles nicely in her crate after a few minutes and sleeps there peacefully at night, while spending her days happily lounging on a cozy bed or curled up on the couch near her people. Fernie isn’t one to make a fuss — she never barks — preferring instead to quietly brighten the room with her warm amber eyes and gentle presence.On walks, Fernie blossoms. She does beautifully on leash and loves to stop and “photosynthesize” all the neighborhood smells. She’s the social vine everyone wants to meet — happily greeting strangers and wishing every passerby would stop for a pet. She enjoys being outside and will run around when she’s feeling a little spunky, but her energy is perfectly balanced — playful without being overwhelming.Fernie shows interest in dogs of all sizes and coexists peacefully, though she’s not a fan of barky dogs or loud cars (who can blame her?). She’s not aggressive in the slightest — just a tender leaf who prefers calm surroundings. She hasn’t spent time with children yet, but she adores toys and will happily entertain herself or share with friends. Meet Daffy — our little daffodil with dazzling eyes! This sunshine girl brings bright, happy energy wherever she goes. With her soft golden coat and those striking arctic-blue eyes, she may look like she’s serving a cool spring breeze — but don’t be fooled. Beneath that icy gaze is nothing but warm sweetness. Daffy lives for belly rubs, gentle pets, and soaking up attention from her favorite humans.This lovely lady is completely house trained and so well-mannered she doesn’t even need a crate. She’s perfectly content lounging at home while you’re away, and when you return, she’ll greet you with that soft, trusting expression that melts hearts instantly. She rarely barks — just a polite heads-up if someone’s running by or approaching the house.Daffy is a dream on leash and absolutely adores long spring walks. She’s a fantastic loose-leash walker with great recall, though squirrels do spark her curiosity (can you blame her? Spring is exciting!).
