Story
🍊Meet Orange Blossom! 🍊Orange Blossom was the smallest of her litter and it was touch-n-go when we first got her but thanks to a dedicated foster she not only survived but she has thrived!Orange Blossom is a sweet, energetic little girl looking for a home where she can grow up feeling safe, loved, and spoiled like every puppy deserves. 💕She is a Llewellin (Mini English Setter) mix, with the rest of her breed makeup being a mystery. Orange Blossom came to us with her siblings after their mother sadly passed away. 💔 Tragically, only one sibling survived after being fed cow’s milk, which puppies cannot properly digest. Despite her rough start, Orange Blossom is thriving and full of life.At 11 weeks old, she currently weighs 6 lbs. How big she’ll be as an adult is anyone’s guess! Llewellins typically range from 35–70 lbs, while English Setters are usually 65–80 lbs. Since we don’t know her full mix, she could fall anywhere in between—or surprise us.Orange Blossom is a typical puppy through and through—she loves to play, chew, bark, nap, and explore the world. 🐶 She will need continued house training and leash training, along with patience, consistency, and lots of love as she grows. She is:✔️ Vaccinated with age-appropriate vaccines✔️ Flea & tick treated✔️ Dewormed✔️ Microchipped✔️ Will be spayed prior to adoption💲 Adoption fee: $300If you’re ready for puppy antics, sweet snuggles, and a lifetime of love, Orange Blossom might be the perfect addition to your family! 🍓🐾You can apply on our website www.highlandhumanesociety.org OR stop into the shelter 12- 5 pm Monday through Friday or 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday to meet who is available at that time. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before we close to ensure we have time to do the adoption.
