Story
It is with a really heavy heart that we have to rehome our husky mix Walker. I posted this a few weeks ago, and still haven’t been able to find him a home. We tried to make it work with our new living situation, but unfortunately, he is a danger to our livestock. We spoke with a trainer, and due to the Husky side of him being more dominant, there isn’t a way to train it out of him. We want to keep him, but it is unfair to keep him kenneled constantly. He is not typically aggressive with his humans, and he uses a pillow like a human. He is sweet and loves to be loved on, and he is an excellent cuddle bug. He is approximately two years old, he does well with other dogs his size (at least he got along with our other dog Western). He cannot be in a home with cats or other types of animals, he needs an owner who will be able to not only train him more but also just take him on walks and love him unconditionally. He is good with kids, just is hyperactive.

Story
I have a brother and sister we adopted at 5 weeks old. They are one years old now. All the shots are up to date and the female has been spayed. They are sweet and loving but they will not train. When I put a collar or harness on them they scream and spaz out doing a death roll. I tried the leave it on till they get used to it method but they scratched themselves raw. We think they may be inbred I’m not sure. They are afraid of everything and everyone outside the house or yard. As they grew up we could t take them on walks because of the collar issue. Nither dog has shown aggression towards humans. They are just afraid of everything that is not me or my husband. We have an older dog who is mixed and also was rescued and he has done fine he does all the commands has recall and is a very good boy. It’s not right for them to just be outside dogs I hope that someone with more skill than I can help them.Owner`s Information Phone Number : 559-348-3688Email Address : bethanystockton@yahoo.com

This pet is part of the rehoming program and is not in the care of the CCSPCA. Please read carefully and reach out to the owner directly via cell:559-614-1305 or email: joannechernandez@gmail.com. Owner states, “6 year old female siberian husky her name is Ellie, she is an outside dog, use to allow her inside before we had cats, shes a good playful pet, she gets along with our other small and large dogs” Due to the pet not being in our care, it is out of our control when and if the owner responds to your inquiry. Thank you.
