Curious and friendly, she loves being around people and other dogs, but she is also perfectly comfortable heading off on her own to investigate the yard and see what adventures she can find. She is the kind of puppy who is always ready to join the fun, but never turns down an opportunity for a good cuddle afterwards.Maytag is making great progress with her kennel training, house training and leash manners. She is still a young puppy and has lots to learn, so her future family will need to continue providing consistency, patience and clear boundaries as she grows. Due to her age, she should have the potential to do well with dogs, cats and children with proper introductions, supervision and guidance while she learns how to be the best canine companion she can be.Maytag is incredibly affectionate and loves to play, but if given the choice, she might choose a nap and some cuddles just a little more often. She is happy in a group with her puppy friends, but she is also confident enough to explore independently, sniff out interesting discoveries and find a stick that absolutely must come home with her. She is an ambitious little adventurer and always seems to be on the lookout for whatever exciting thing might be next, provided she has not scheduled herself a nap break.With her friendly nature, curious spirit and love of cuddles, Maytag is ready to find a family who will enjoy watching her grow into the wonderful dog she is meant to be. While her brother is busy charging off to investigate everything, Bracken prefers to keep an eye on her favourite human to make sure she is not accidentally left behind. She has already made lovely progress learning that her people always come back, and with a little reassurance and encouragement, her confidence will continue to grow. She is an adorable little companion who wants to be part of the adventure, preferably with someone she loves close by!Bracken is making progress with her kennel training and house training and is just beginning her leash training journey. She is still very young and will need a family who can offer patience, consistency and positive encouragement as she learns. We cannot wait to see her confidence blossom as she feels better and settles into life with her forever family.Bracken loves her toys, sits beautifully for treats and comes running whenever she hears her name. She is also a big fan of the resident dogs and is always trying to sneak in some love, even if her idea of giving kisses is still a little bit of a work in progress! This playful, sweet and adventurous boy is happiest when he is right in the middle of whatever his people are doing. He has earned himself the title of little shadow thanks to his endless curiosity and FOMO, and honestly, it is hard not to love having such a devoted little sidekick. He loves chasing a ball, has recently discovered the absolute thrill of running up and down the stairs, and is always ready to head outside for another adventure.Equinox is making great progress with his kennel training and house training, and he is just beginning to learn about leash manners. He is already doing very well in his kennel and has learned to sit nicely when treats are involved, because a clever boy knows that good things come to those who wait! Jasper is 7.5 years old. He's a male Husky mix with one beautiful blue eye. He weighs around 59 lbs and is fully housetrained. For his breed, he's surprisingly mellow, not hyper at all, just easygoing and relaxed. He's a sweet, gentle giant with great manners who loves being close to his people. Jasper does well with people, kids, dogs and cats. He walks nicely on leash and excellent off leash, and knows basic commands like sit, stay, etc. He enjoys his walks, car rides and loves playing fetch with other dogs. Story
He has been with me since he was 8 weeks old. Because I got him during Covid, he unfortunately wasn't able to get the socialization he needed as a puppy. As a result, he gets very excited and overstimulated when he sees other dogs. He is not aggressive, he simply gets overly playful.He's house trained, playful when you engage with him, and loves attention. I believe he would do best with someone who has experience with Huskies or other high-energy breeds and understands their needs.He does have a recurring skin allergy that flares up from time to time (once a year). I've never been able to identify the exact cause despite working with my vet to figure it our, so you should be aware this might require occasional management.My priority is finding him a safe, loving, and permanent home where he'll get the time, exercise, structure, and understanding he deserves.Adoption fee will be donated to Winnipeg Humane Society.

At nine months old, Babka has grown into a bright, fun-loving pup with plenty of personality and so much love to give.Babka is housebroken and kennel trained! She happily runs straight into her kennel when you say “kennel”, knowing treats are coming her way. She is also doing well walking on leash, though putting the leash on and heading out the front door can still feel a little scary for her. Her future family will need to continue helping her build confidence with new experiences. Babka is good with cats and has the potential to do well with respectful children with proper introductions and clear boundaries. She can be a bit nervous, so she would do best in a home with another confident dog to help show her that the world isn't such a scary place.Babka is incredibly intelligent and very motivated by tasty treats. She loves toys and makes sure every single one gets proper attention each day. When she isn't busy playing with toys, she enjoys racing around the yard at top speed and playing with her foster sister. After a full day of adventures and games, Babka is more than happy to curl up beside you on the couch and enjoy some well-deserved snuggles.If you're looking for a bright, playful companion who is equal parts fun and cuddly, Babka might just be your perfect match.
