Story
Available: Now Age: 4 years Size: Large (75-85lbs) Energy: Moderate Gender: Female Breed: Husky/Shepherd X Notes: Affectionate and Calm Adoption fee: $375 (view what’s included at www.manitobaunderdogs.org/adopt/how-to-adopt ) Luna is a gentle, affectionate girl with a soft heart and a curious soul. She’s the kind of dog who wants to be wherever her people are, quietly following along and soaking up companionship. With her calm presence and sweet nature, Luna has a way of making a house feel like home very quickly. Luna has her house training mastered and is doing fantastic on leash, she walks politely, stays close, and takes in the world with quiet curiosity. She is still working on her kennel training and prefers not to be alone, but she’s made wonderful progress with patience and reassurance. Luna does well with other dogs, cats, and kids, and would thrive in a home that offers gentle guidance, consistency, and lots of together time. Personality-wise, Luna is a true gentle giant. She’s friendly, observant, and loves to investigate her surroundings, whether that’s checking out new sounds on a walk or stretching into the most impressive downward-dog pose after a nap. She plays sweetly with other dogs, enjoys carrying squeaky toys around like prized treasures, and is very food motivated, making continued training a fun and rewarding experience. Luna has adjusted beautifully to indoor life and has discovered that dog beds (especially near her humans) are the best invention ever. She’s respectful with cats, happily ignoring them or politely giving space when needed. Luna has tested positive for Lyme disease, which indicates past exposure only, not active infection, and her veterinary team is simply recommending routine follow-up monitoring. If you’re looking for a loyal shadow with a soft heart and a love for quiet companionship, Luna is ready to follow you straight into her forever home. Story
Available: Jan 4/2026 Born: Nov 9/2025 Size: Large (55-70lbs) Energy: Moderate Gender: Female Breed: Husky/Lab X Notes: Curious and Happy Adoption fee: $450 (view what’s included at www.manitobaunderdogs.org/adopt/how-to-adopt ) Cranberry is the kind of puppy who pauses, thinks, and then decides she’s absolutely got this… or that she’d like a little help, please. Cranberry is a fun, happy, and inquisitive little girl who approaches the world with confidence and thoughtfulness. She’s an all around good puppy who knows what she likes and isn’t afraid to pause and ask for help when she needs it. Instead of charging ahead, Cranberry often chooses to sit back, observe, and wait for guidance, which gives her a wonderfully steady and thoughtful vibe for such a young pup. She’s still just a baby and is working on her house training and kennel training, learning a little more each day. She is too young for leash training just yet, but starting a puppy class with her future family would be a great way to build confidence, skills, and a strong bond. With proper introductions and boundaries, Cranberry is expected to do well with other dogs, cats, and kids. If you’re looking for a puppy who mixes curiosity with a little common sense, Cranberry might just be your perfect match. Story
Available: Jan 4/2026 Born: Nov 9/2025 Size: Large (55-70lbs) Energy: Moderate Gender: Male Breed: Husky/Lab X Notes: Charming and Playful Adoption fee: $450 (view what’s included at www.manitobaunderdogs.org/adopt/how-to-adopt ) Huckleberry is the puppy who collects toys like treasures and occasionally surprises everyone with a bold life choice. Huckleberry is a sweet, fun, and curious little guy with a heart full of affection and a playful streak to match. He loves gathering his toys and bringing them over, sometimes including the entire toy bin, just to make sure everything is close by. He tends to be a bit more cautious than his sister Cranberry, thoughtfully taking in his surroundings before jumping in… except for the one time he decided stairs were no big deal and confidently tackled them without a second thought. Like any growing puppy, Huckleberry is still learning the basics and is working on his house training and kennel training. He’s too young to start leash training for now, but puppy classes would be a fantastic way to help him continue building confidence and good habits. With proper introductions and boundaries, he is expected to do well with other dogs, cats, and kids. If your home could use a gentle goof with a love for toys and quiet confidence, Huckleberry is ready to bring the charm. Story
Requirements: - No children under 14 years old in the home - Dog-savvy cats or a no-cat home Moore’s goals in life are food and doing absolutely anything she can to look as cute as possible in order to get as many pats as she can in a single day. Her name is Moore, and she can’t wait to be the best part of someone’s day. She’s done a lot of work on herself and has proven she’s a great student. Moore is excellent in her kennel, her house training is A+, and her leash manners are always improving. She’s spent her time in care doing plenty of self-reflection and growing as a dog. While her confidence was a little rocky at the start, she’s doing so much better now and will need a family who will continue helping her build on that progress. Moore has been known to make friends with both people and dogs, but she does need proper introductions. She hasn’t met many cats, but would do best in a home with dog-savvy cats and clear boundaries, or no cats at all. Tiny humans are quick and loud, which makes her really nervous, so she’s looking for a home with older children who are calmer and understand her boundaries. According to her foster family, once you get to know Moore, she’s the sweetest girl. She loves to snuggle and play, and she’s smart as a whip. It doesn’t take long for her to get comfortable and show her goofy, silly side. Taking a class together would be a great way to boost her confidence and strengthen her bond with her people. Her ideal day would be inspired by Roman emperors being fed grapes and fanned with giant leaves — except the grapes would be dog-friendly snacks, and the fanning would be endless pats and belly rubs. If you’re looking for a sweet girl who knows how to make you smile, apply to meet Moore.

Hi, I’m Clio! I’m part of the Nightborne litter a crew of lovable little pups with big hearts and wagging tails. I'm a sweet girl looking for a place of my own and to branch out and spread my wings. I’m house and kennel trained, and I'm working hard on my leash skills but I'm still just a young dog so it will come with time and consistency. I love checking out the world around me and am always ready to be part of whatever you’re doing. Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, or exploring something new, I’m there! Think we’d make a great team? Apply to meet me Clio! I’m ready to bring some puppy magic into your life.
