Story
Meet Nalle, a tenderhearted, soulful girl whose gentle nature makes her an instant comfort to be around. Often described as an “old soul”, Nalle carries herself with a calm sweetness that makes every moment with her feel special. Her favourite place in the world is close to her people, whether she’s giving soft hugs, snuggling up beside you, or quietly keeping you company throughout the day. Nalle is fully house trained and is working hard on her kennel training and leash skills, making steady progress with consistency and encouragement. While she isn’t kenneled often, she will happily go in with a treat or two for motivation. It sometimes takes her a little time to settle once she’s inside, but with patience she relaxes and rests comfortably. This gentle girl does well with other dogs, though she appreciates having a proper introduction. Once she’s comfortable, she enjoys their company and settles in nicely. Nalle is likely to do well with kids who respect her calm nature, but she would prefer a home without cats, as they’re simply a bit too exciting for her. Nalle's personality blooms a little more every day, but one thing is already very clear; she has an incredibly loving heart and a quiet devotion to her people. With patience, kindness, and a supportive home, Nalle will blossom into a deeply loyal companion. If you’re looking for a gentle best friend who will happily share snuggles, hugs, and quiet moments by your side, Nalle may be the perfect match. Story
Jasper just turned 7 years old. He's a male Husky mix with one beautiful blue eye. He weighs around 59 lbs. and is fully housetrained. For his breed, he's surprisingly mellow, not hyper at all, just easygoing and relaxed. He's a sweet, gentle giant with great manners who loves being close to his people. Jasper does well with people, kids, dogs and cats. He walks nicely on leash and excellent off leash, and knows basic commands like sit, stay, etc. He enjoys his walks, car rides and loves playing fetch with other dogs. Story
Requirements: - No children under 14 years old in the home - Dog-savvy cats or a no-cat home Moore’s goals in life are food and doing absolutely anything she can to look as cute as possible in order to get as many pats as she can in a single day. Her name is Moore, and she can’t wait to be the best part of someone’s day. She’s done a lot of work on herself and has proven she’s a great student. Moore is excellent in her kennel, her house training is A+, and her leash manners are always improving. She’s spent her time in care doing plenty of self-reflection and growing as a dog. While her confidence was a little rocky at the start, she’s doing so much better now and will need a family who will continue helping her build on that progress. Moore has been known to make friends with both people and dogs, but she does need proper introductions. She hasn’t met many cats, but would do best in a home with dog-savvy cats and clear boundaries, or no cats at all. Tiny humans are quick and loud, which makes her really nervous, so she’s looking for a home with older children who are calmer and understand her boundaries. According to her foster family, once you get to know Moore, she’s the sweetest girl. She loves to snuggle and play, and she’s smart as a whip. It doesn’t take long for her to get comfortable and show her goofy, silly side. Taking a class together would be a great way to boost her confidence and strengthen her bond with her people. Her ideal day would be inspired by Roman emperors being fed grapes and fanned with giant leaves — except the grapes would be dog-friendly snacks, and the fanning would be endless pats and belly rubs. If you’re looking for a sweet girl who knows how to make you smile, apply to meet Moore.
