Story
Need to rehome a 14 month old female husky. She is spayed and up to date on immunizations. I adopted her from Animal Control about 5 months ago and though she is a sweet family pet, her needs have not been a good fit. She would come with all of the accessories I've gotten (bed/harness/toys/shock collar). She graduated from Sit Happens and understands the basics of come, sit, and wait. She would do best in a family that could devote more time, and preferably with someone who understands husky temperments.

Story
I found Ranger last summer running in a busy road and brought him home to keep him safe. When his owners were located, they told me they didn’t want him back, so what started as a temporary rescue became an unexpected adoption. Ranger is about 5–6 years old and has a very calm, gentle temperament, especially for a husky. He’s quiet, doesn’t bark or howl much, and spends most of his time relaxing near you or enjoying being outside. He gets along well with other dogs and is respectful around cats. He’s an easy, low-maintenance companion who just wants a peaceful place to be. This is a difficult decision due to housing restrictions, so I’m looking for a stable, loving home where he’ll be safe, cared for, and given time to settle in. Ideally someone who understands dogs and can give him consistency, patience, and regular outdoor time. If I had to describe him in a few words: gentle, quiet, loyal, easygoing, and incredibly sweet.

Story
Diva, a young, sweet soul with a playful and gentle nature. She loves to engage in fun activities and enjoys the company of those who understand her unique preferences. Diva tends to be wary of men, preferring the gentle touch and calm presence of others. Her ideal home would be one filled with love and patience, where she can flourish and share her boundless affection. Adopting Diva means gaining a loyal friend who will bring joy and spirited play into your life. Diva would prefer a home with a big yard so she has lots of room to run. She is very friendly with other dogs, enjoying walks with friends here at the shelter. She has experienced "city life" and would do well in a smaller space with frequent walks and activity. Story
MEET BENJI, a 2-year-old Siberian Husky-shepherd mix in need of a foster or forever home! He weighs only 48 lbs! Benji was rescued from a crowded California shelter, where I did well with other dogs. He's a sweet boy and like most huskies, is incredibly smart. He will do great with an active person or people who love to go for walks, hikes and other outings. If you can foster or adopt Benji, please email for an application and additional photos. He is still in California but can be transported to you in Montana.

Story
Aspen is just the best older gentleman. He has energy in short spurts and absolutely LOVES the dog park and is amazing with all dogs of shapes and sizes. He seems intimidating at first when he runs up and barks but he just wants to play! He can be a couch potato or your adventure buddy.  He is good with cats (he is terrified of our kitten) and is great with my five year old daughter. He loves attention and is very friendly with other people. When in a foster, he did spend a good deal of time on his own when they were home and had a preference for sleeping in car trunk that was parked in the garage or in a crate. But, he does know how to open doors and crates! He doesn`t have a lot of teeth so he will do well with dry dog food with a little bit of beef broth to soften it up. He is definitely house trained and will always let you know whenever he wants to go outside. He is talkative and let`s you know when he wants something! But not in an obnoxious barking way. He needs routine and a lot of time to run and be free. His foster said he had been the absolute best to have around and the only reason she couldn`t keep him is because she will be travelling for work more here in the next year. Aspen deserves all the love and attention!
