The best husky woo-woo ever goes to miss Stella! Hilarious and SO FREAKING CUTE with her husky-body and short stubby legs- we can only guess that she may be a husky/basset hound mix! Stella enjoys playing with friendly, confident but not dominant dogs. She can be a bit of a referee when playing with other dogs, so any doggy friends should provide appropriate corrections without escalation. Stella is more of a lady’s-dog and can be slow to warm up to men. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body, she just try’s to avoid new people. Any men in her life should be willing to help in her day-to-day care to build her trust in them. Stella is crate trained, obedience trained, loves walks and adventures and will keep you smiling all day long. She is polite in the home, walks well on leash and is housebroken! Stella would prefer kids 12 and older and she would need supervision around kitty cats (she never tried to hurt them, but does like to boss them around).

🐾Meet Sitka!🐾 Sitka is a sweet little 3-month-old Husky mix who has already come such a long way. Sitka was the last of her litter at the shelter, and the shelter environment was simply terrifying for this little girl. When we first picked her up, she was so scared that she was chattering her teeth and screaming anytime someone approached her. But after that first day, it was like someone flipped a switch. You would never know this is the same puppy! Sitka is still a very dramatic little husky, complete with all the hilarious vocalizations and opinions that come with those husky genes. She loves to talk, play with her toys, and—most importantly—play with other dogs. She has quickly shown us that underneath that initial fear is a happy, playful, affectionate puppy who is ready to experience everything life has to offer. She is currently working on her potty training and is doing wonderfully with crate training. She’s an incredibly easy little puppy and has been such a joy to have around. Sitka is looking for a family who will continue giving her the patience, love, and positive experiences she needs as she grows into a confident young dog. She would love a home where she can play, explore, and, of course, tell you all about her day.
