Story
Sarama. She was pulled out of a drainage ditch culvert along a six-lane highway where she had been dumped approximately 7 months prior as a young pup. Well on the streets most likely is when she became positive for heartworms. We have paid the $2,000 treatment to have her treated and she has been successfully treated for heartworms. She is fully vetted with all of her vaccines and spayed. She is very sweet little timid but so affectionate. She will need a secure fenced in yard for pottying or walked on a leash which she loves. She is a quiet easygoing gal. She gets very nervous around other dogs I do believe she'd be better suited for an only dog or with somebody that does not have an aggressive dog at all or a dominant dog she would not do well with. Somebody willing to give her the opportunity to get to know another dog. Clearly she is not had a good happy safe background around other dogs on the street. But she is so affectionate and loving she is crate trained as well. She just wants somebody to call her own. She'd be great for an individual or for the family she would also be fantastic for someone older looking for a best friend that's medium sized she's under 60 lb but close.

Story
Meet Snickers! Snickers is a sweet, playful boy who has been doing really well in foster care. He gets along great with children, including a special-needs child, and has been gentle and playful with kids ages 1½ to 6 years old. He loves attention and playtime, and his goofy personality is starting to shine through. He’s still learning his name — sometimes he comes when called, sometimes he’s a little distracted!  Snickers is currently being introduced to another dog in the home. The resident dog is a bit jealous, so slow introductions and leash work are helping them adjust. His foster family is beginning training sessions to continue building his confidence and manners. Overall, Snickers is a loving, fun pup with a lot of potential who would thrive in a patient, caring home ready to continue his training and give him lots of love. Snickers adoption fee is $300 which includes vaccinations, neutering, rabies shot, and microchipping.
