Story
Mooney is a big, gentle guy with an even bigger heart. He is wonderful with people of all ages and truly has never met a stranger. Kids, adults, new friends, old friends, he loves them all. Mooney has lived in a home and knows how to behave in one. He is fully housetrained, has never been destructive, and does not try to escape the yard. He walks pretty well on a leash and knows his basic commands. He has lived with cats and did well, and he enjoys the company of some other dogs, especially the ladies. When meeting a new dog Mooney gets very excitable at first, which can be overwhelming for the other dog, but he calms down within a few minutes and will match their energy. Mooney is the kind of dog who fits easily into a home and into your life. Once bonded he is a great listener. He is affectionate, curious, well intentioned. He just needs a loving place to land. Whoever adopts Mooney is going to be very lucky.

Story
Cookie, in a word: FUN! He's an extremely happy and good natured guy who wants to be a friend to everyone he meets - dogs, cats, adults and kids. Cookie would thrive in a home that gives him some good exercise everyday (hiking, running, biking, skiing, etc) and is very relaxed in the house so long as he gets out for daily enrichment. He would adore a canine sibling that will play with him, and could benefit spending time with a dog that will confidently communicate and teach this big goofy teenager. Cookie is good with the cat in his foster home, and quickly learned to leave her alone. He's a confident guy who approaches new experiences eagerly and loves to do and learn new things. He's easy to train and is getting better with his leash skills and recall every day, and would excel in a home that continues to build his knowledge of commands and staying focused. Cookie crates easily, has been completely non destructive (he loves his chew toys but understands not to touch anything else), and appears to be 99% potty trained. He likes to follow his people around the house but isn't needy, and sleeps a lot. Cookie has a very gentle mouth and doesn't tend to jump up, and would likely be great with kids that are big enough not to be bowled over easily (he doesn't have much awareness of his body yet!). If you're looking for your next adventure buddy and social butterfly, Cookie would love to meet you!
