Hi, I’m Tacoma—and yes, I am the moment. 💁‍♂️💥 I’m two and a half years old, I’ve been at Husky Halfway House for nearly 580 days, and honestly? They’re lucky to have me. I’m a full-blown firecracker with extra spice, zero shame, and so many opinions. 🗣️ I’m like your youngest sibling times ten. I’ll pester the pack, stir the pot, and when someone finally checks me? I’ll scream like I’ve been mortally wounded. 🎭😱 Total drama king? Obviously. I’ve got energy for days, zoomies that could shake the earth, and a voice that demands attention. Still working on fetch (weird game), but food? Attention? Park time? YES. Brushing? Tolerated—with sufficient snacks, of course. 🍗🧼 What I need is a strong human or canine leader—someone who knows how to guide a lovable gremlin like me. I thrive with structure. Otherwise, I will run the show and throw glitter tantrums when I don’t get my way. 👑 So… got treats? Got rules? Got a sense of humor and nerves of steel? Then buckle up, bestie—'cause I’m Tacoma, and I’m about to be the most chaotic, hilarious, lovable thing that’s ever happened to your life. 🚀🐾

Why settle for one shadow when you can have two? Meet Marshmallow & Koda, a bonded brother and sister looking for a forever home together. Imagine: ✔️ Two greeters at the door ✔️ Two adventure partners ✔️ Twice the husky commentary And the best part? They already have their best friend. Marshmallow is the confident sister, and Koda takes a little longer to warm up (especially around unfamiliar men). But with Marshmallow by his side, Koda finds the confidence to take on the world. Where one goes, the other isn't far behind. They make each other braver, happier, and more confident. Now they're just waiting for someone to choose them both.

Story
⚡ Koda ⚡ Hi. I’m Koda. Yes, the Koda. The taller one. Just so we’re clear. Me and Kenai are brothers—twins, basically. Same face, same energy, same habit of arguing about absolutely nothing. We’ll fight, we’ll yell, we’ll act like it’s the end of the world… and then immediately turn around and defend each other like it is the end of the world. That’s just how we work. We came from Enid back in February, and since then? Yeah… people have opinions about us. Something about “littermate syndrome” and “they don’t get along with other dogs” and “these two are a lot.” Okay, fair. We’re not here to make dog friends. We’re here to be each other’s dog. So we’ll need a home where it’s just us—no other animals, no sharing the spotlight. It’s a package deal, and we like it that way. But if you give us that space? We’re actually really sweet. I’m the quieter one. I like my kennel, I like my food, I like doing my own thing… and yeah, I might yell at the neighbors every now and then, but who doesn’t? Kenai’s the loud, bouncy, “look at me right now” type. I let him handle the introductions. I just take a minute to warm up, that’s all. Once I do though? I’m in. We’d be perfect in a home where it’s just us and our people. No chaos from other dogs, no competition—just a calm space where we can finally relax and be ourselves. You give us that, and we’ll give you everything we’ve got. And hey—you get two of us. That’s kind of a win.
