Picked up 3/19 & no interest at this time (4/22) Husky mix in need of rescue or an experienced adopter ready for her medical task! She is kennel trained, loves kids, belly rubs, food, and has done ok with our male dogs. We haven't had a female to test her with. As temperatures rise, it will be hard to keep her cool in our non-climate controlled facility. We have fans to help with comfort, but her breed, being overweight, & heartworm treatment can make it a challenge! Her heartworm meds will go with her. She also has tooth decay that needs to be assessed by a veterinarian. When she first came in she would only eat canned food but eats dry food fine now. She is also on a diet at this time as she needs to loose over 20lbs.
