Story
Lucy Mae is the best of both worlds. She is super playful but also very loving and affectionate. One minute she will be running and jumping with joy and the next, she is melting in your arms and right through your legs. She is a very big cuddle bug and LOVES belly rubs. She was never taught what a personal bubble was and she will join yours with no hesitation. She might need a tad bit of basic indoor manners as she has been an outdoor dog for a few years but overall she tries her best to be the best dog she can be. She truly is a wonderful dog so if you are interested in meeting her, fill out an application and let's get you scheduled for a meet and greet! She is entering the FREEDOM TAILS program and will graduate in late February. Story
With a unique look comes a unique personality. Abby is a very sweet and loving lady that has quickly become a friend to all. She came into our care after living in her previous home since she was a puppy and even though everything around her changed, she displays the best behaviors and is such a wonderful dog. She is so easy going and listens very well. She does great with strangers and is very happy to meet new people. She would need a home with no other dogs as we were told she does not like to share her personal space with dogs, but we do believe she could live with cats no problem. She seems to be a bit scared of cats when she comes across them during walks. Although she is approaching 9 years old, her age doesn't slow her down one bit. She still has so much to offer. She loves to go on walks and loves to explore in our play yard. She also loves to cuddle and loves rubbing her cute face all over you. We have seen nothing but kindness thus far. If you are looking for a gentle giant or a giant fluff ball, schedule a meet and greet with Abby! Please apply to adopt at: http://www.pawsgh.org

Story
Kiska is looking for a home that appreciates the spirit of a Husky - an active household where her playful antics will be embraced. While she may have a knack for escape artistry, a secure environment and mental stimulation will keep her happily engaged.Kiska is not just a dog; she's a symphony of husky vocals! Her expressive howls and delightful barks will fill your home with a unique melody that's as captivating as her appearance. It's her way of expressing joy, excitement, and maybe a bit of sass. Kiska boasts a luxurious double coat that not only adds to her beauty but also means you'll have a few fur tumbleweeds rolling around. Fear not, though-Kiska loves being petted and brushed, turning grooming time into quality bonding moments. The dog adoption fee is $90. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DHPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), and Strongid (wormer). Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. If you'd like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510. This is especially important if you are viewing this animal on any site other than Animal Services' website.

Story
Bear is around 8 months old. He is kennel trained and great with other dogs. He’s fine with our cats however he tries to play a little too hard with them sometimes, never has caused them any harm, so just needs a little monitoring. He is good with children also, loves to be around people and is very friendly. We want him to be with an active family or person who can give him plenty of attention and exercise. We found him in bad condition, we weren’t really in the position for a dog but couldn’t ignore his bad health so we took him to give it a shot and to get him healthy. We’re not in the financial position nor have the time around our work schedules to give him the life he deserves so we’re unfortunately not the best foster parents for him any longer. We got him back in good health and that was our goal.
