Spike is one of Buffy’s puppies (see Buffy’s post for her information). He turned 11 weeks old on September 9. He is a perfect little boy. Tails and dew claws are cut and he has had 2 sets of puppy vaccines. When he is grown he will weigh under 20 pounds. We want him to be adopted by someone who is home at least half of the day because he needs attention. Pups like this also need a securely fenced backyard. You must also have a good vet reference in order to be considered for adoption. This baby needs an 18-19 year commitment. His owner needs to be active and energetic and willing to be engaged with him the majority of the day. Also, he is a baby…he is not house trained. And, he is cutting teeth so he chews up things. He’s playful and gets into mischief. Colby is a very sweet little senior. He is completely blind, but learns his surroundings pretty quickly. He is house broken and has had no accidents since arriving. He is starting to learn the play yard and does enjoy going outside. He gets along with other dogs, but because of his age and being blind other dogs tend to pick on him. He was in a foster home, but the other dogs kept attacking him. He is also hard of hearing. Very sweet loving dog and walks great on a leash. Some of our dogs are adopted very quickly.
