Story
Beautiful Gracie was found as a scared pup running the streets.  She was taken in by a kind person and is now healthy, happy and ready for her forever home!  She is 6 months old and we believe to be a Jack Russell Terrier mix at only 15 lbs.  Like the Jack Russell breed, she is a very active girl!  She is working on potty training and according to the foster, progressing well.  When she is in her chill mood, she loves to cuddle!  She would do best in a home with another active older dog to teach her social cues.  Gracie is all puppy right now!  Our applications can be found at www.carerescueok.org! ##1942344##

Story
Sassy is so happy to be in a safe and warm foster home. She loves going out in the yard and snooping around. Her foster brother and sister are her friends. They get along great. Sassy is happy to do whatever everyone else is doing. She’s perfect! Her new home needs to be perfect as well. Her mom and dad need to be able to keep her for the next 16 years. This poor girl has already been shuffled around and frightened too many times in her young life. She deserves the best! She’s about 3 years old and is completely vetted. Healthy and frisky. We require a securely fenced yard for her. No wrought iron. No short chain. No electronic fencing. Sassy requires a home with no kids under 12 and no cats. Her adoption fee is $275. If you are interested please fill out the online adoption application at www.RussellRescue.com. Her new parents must be able to drive to the Tulsa, Oklahoma area to get her. Story
Colby is a very sweet little senior.  He is completely blind, but learns his surroundings pretty quickly.  He is house broken and has had no accidents since arriving.  He is starting to learn the play yard and does enjoy going outside.  He gets along with other dogs, but because of his age and being blind other dogs tend to pick on him.  He was in a foster home, but the other dogs kept attacking him.  He is also hard of hearing.  Very sweet loving dog and walks great on a leash. Some of our dogs are adopted very quickly.  If you are truly interested in a dog fill out an application ASAP.  If you take the time to email a question someone will already be ahead of you with a completed application.  You can find all the information we have about a particular cat/dog at the link below as well.  Then click the adopt button to fill out an application. Fill out an application at the link below.  Find the dog/cat you are interested in and click the adopt button.  That will take you to an application.  Once approved you will be called for an appointment to meet your possible new family member, or at that time you can meet the other animals as well.  You must include 3 references with phone numbers for you application to be processed.  https://petstablished.com/public/search/shelter/301551 Adoption fee is $150 for all dogs over 6 months old, $200 for large breed puppies under 6 months, $250 for small breed puppies.  All adoptions include, spay/neuter, vaccines, a heartworm test, and a free 1 year membership to our 5 acre ARF Park.  For other dog questions please email ARFdogs74006@gmail.com We do adopt out of state, but the adopter must travel to ARF to meet the dog they are looking to adopt.  They must have an approved application before traveling to meet the dog.  We do allow small dogs that are eligible to fly in the cabin of a plane.  We DO NOT allow dogs to travel in the cargo area of the plane under any circumstances.  Any dog that is adopted can of course go by personal vehicle.  We do not allow dogs to be transported "pony express style" where they are passed from driver to driver.   ##1908496##
