DOB 5/1/26 Shadow is a cute, sweet tabby Manx (no tail at birth) who likes to play and socialize. He gets along well with people and all of his siblings. Shadow has fun racing through and playing in cat tunnels. He grabs strings, twitching tails, wiggly toes, and feather wands. He races after balls and plastic springs. Shadow is stealthy and sneaky; he appears out of seemingly nowhere to attack a toy or a sibling. He curls up on a lap on the couch and purrs for head and back scratches. Shadow will thrive in a home with other young, playful feline companions and loving people. He is not a solitary boy, needs action and interaction to be his best cat self. PLEASE READ Adoption Fees: • $100 for adults (12+ months) • $150 for kittens (under 12 months) All cats adopted through Silverton Cat Rescue come spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, microchipped, treated for fleas and worms, and have received age-appropriate vaccines. We are not first-come, first-served. Our goal is to match each kitty with the purrfect home. Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run entirely by volunteers. All cats live in foster homes. Please be patient as we coordinate with fosters to arrange meet-and-greets. Why Most of Our Kittens Are Adopted in Pairs Kittens are highly social and thrive when they have a feline companion. A buddy helps them develop healthy play habits, confidence, and emotional well-being. Experts recommend adopting two kittens together, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have another young cat at home. Surprisingly, two kittens are often half the work of one—they keep each other entertained, comforted, and well-socialized.
