Meet Nara – a beautiful 5-year-old female Jindo/Collie mix (red and white). &#226&#156&#148&#239&#184&#143 Spayed/Neutered: Yes &#226&#156&#148&#239&#184&#143 Vaccines: Current &#226&#156&#148&#239&#184&#143 Potty trained: Yes &#226&#156&#148&#239&#184&#143 Crate trained: Yes Nara has been with her family since she was a puppy. Sadly, due to an upcoming international relocation with strict import restrictions, her owner cannot take her along. Nara is a primarily indoor dog who is affectionate, curious, and well-mannered. She enjoys visitors, greeting them politely with a sniff before allowing pets. She has lived with other dogs and does well, though her owner notes she once displayed protective behavior when unknown dogs were nearby. Nara has not lived with children but has shown herself to be gentle and people-friendly. She allows food and toys to be handled without issue. She would thrive in a loving home where she can continue to enjoy companionship, structure, and care. If you are interested in adopting Nara, please contact her owner, Thomas, directly: Phone: (617) 821-0572 Email: tbperry13@gmail.com All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).    All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control. Story
My daughter left her cat with me and I am unable to take care of her. She is a beautiful sweet cat who does well with adults, older children and other cats. She is scared of dogs and small children. I want to find her a loving home that is preferably calm and quiet. Something is wrong with the site I couldn’t select cat so had to choose a dog breed. She is a calico.

These pups are in Woodland, California too!

Story
Courtesy Post: Meet Hank! Woodland, CA — This dog is NOT located at the Yolo County Animal Services Shelter. Hank is a 6-month-old male German Shepherd/Chow mix who is looking for a new home where he can thrive. He is friendly, playful, and loyal — still very much a puppy and excited to meet everyone! &#226&#156&#133 Vaccinated &#226&#157&#140 Not yet neutered &#226&#156&#133 Potty trained &#226&#156&#133 Crate trained (sleeps in crate with door open) &#226&#156&#133 Comfortable with food/toy handling Primarily an indoor dog Great with kids! Has lived with dogs & cats (may chase cats playfully) &#226&#156&#168 Personality & Habits Hank loves to be close to his person, follow them around, and soak up affection. He enjoys playtime, especially with people — sometimes gets a little jumpy because he’s so excited, but he’s eager to learn. He can get carsick, so short positive car trips may help him improve over time. Why Rehoming? The current household’s small dog is not accepting Hank. The family wants to ensure he finds a home where he can feel secure and get the proper time and training he deserves. Best Match Someone active and engaged who can provide structure, training, and continued socialization to help him grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be! Interested in meeting Hank? Please contact his owner directly: (530) 304-3199 kattim1974@gmail.com &#226&#154&#160&#239&#184&#143 Again, Hank is NOT at the Yolo County Animal Services Shelter. Questions about Hank should go to the owner listed above. All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).    All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
