Story
Whitney was found as a stray dog in the Korean mountain. Her mom gave birth to 4 puppies under a container box in November 2022. One day, people noticed 2 puppies died and 2 remained. They were tied up to a post and fed by a local woman. Eventually, our rescue partners were alerted and were able to save mama and the 2 pups. One of the pups being Whitney. Whitney is incredibly smart and knows many basic commands. She’s pretty good on the leash as well. Her favorite thing is to go for walks! She’s around 27lbs and full of love. She’s ok with dogs she’s met and scared of cats. Foster family has a cat and she runs away or sometimes tries to chase. Whitney completed Heartworm treatment in November ‘24 and is healthy now. She has started finally warming up to people and trusting they will not hurt her. Whitney was let down her whole life and deserves a true forever family. She is currently being fostered in Los Angeles. If you live in the USA, specifically the west coast, please apply!

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to JFK/EWR💟 Meet Dduri🌷 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 1️⃣ Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped, heartworm negative, and anaplasma to be re-tested in December 2025. 2️⃣ Rescue Story * Dduri was staying at the Miryang City Shelter, where one of our Adogs team members volunteered. Because the shelter was overcrowded, euthanasia lists were regularly posted, and when Dduri’s name appeared on the list, Adogs urgently rescued him. 3️⃣ Basic Information * With People: Is friendly and doesn’t shy away from strangers. May flinch a little at sudden touch but accepts affection well. * With Dogs: Doesn’t actively play with other dogs but coexists peacefully. Even with familiar dogs, he tends to keep to himself rather than engage in play. * With Cats: Has not met them yet. * Separation Anxiety: Currently lives in a group setting at our center, so it’s hard to assess. Training may be needed once he moves into a home environment. * Potty Training: Currently does his business outdoors at our center. * Walks: Follows nicely and walks on a leash without any resistance. * Car Sickness: No signs of motion sickness when transported to our center. * When someone tries to hold or restrain him for care, he may show signs of attempting to nip. When someone grabbed the leash to take him back to the kennel, he tried to nip because he didn't want to go. While he was whining and play-biting, the person touched both sides of his face and he bit a bit harder, as if he was annoyed. * Hasn’t shown barking or whining so far, but training might be needed once he transitions to a home. * May get startled when touched suddenly but accepts touch. However, he expresses his dislike if someone grabs him unexpectedly. * Knows how to “shake hands”!

💙 Name: Youngji 💙 Gender: Female 💙 Age: Estimated 1 year old (Born in December 2024) 💙 Weight: 7.8 kg /17.2 lb 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 1⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped, heartworm negative, and currently being treated for giardia. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Youngji was staying at the Gimje City Shelter together with #AdogsJiyeong. Although she desperately needed human care, no family came forward for her. To prevent Yeongji from spending the winter alone in the harsh shelter environment—exposed to infectious diseases and the cold—Adogs urgently rescued her. 3⃣ Basic Information * With people: Is shy and does not approach people first. As time passes, she gradually opens her heart and begins to playfully interact with people. * With dogs: In unfamiliar environments, she stays close to and relies on Jiyeong, who was rescued with her. Once she becomes comfortable, she approaches other dogs, sniffs them, and plays together. * With cats: Has not met them yet. * Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed as she currently resides at our center. Training will be needed from the beginning in a home environment. * Potty Training: Currently goes potty outdoors at our center. * Walks: Has not yet experienced walks, as she arrived at our center recently. * Car sickness: Has not shown any signs of motion sickness so far. * Has never shown biting behavior. * Whines when being put into or taken out of her kennel.

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to JFK/EWR💟 The prices listed are based on USD, and the adoption fee will be calculated in CAD according to the exchange rate. 🙏 We are looking for a forever home that can care for Pogeun who is currently undergoing physical rehab for a herniated disc. 🙏 Meet Pogeun💙 1.) Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped, is undergoing physical rehabilitation for hind limb paralysis, and recovered from periodontitis. * Has restarted physical rehabilitation. Undergoing treatment twice a week. 2.) Rescue Story * Pogeun had stayed at the Gimje City Shelter for a long time. He has a mild and friendly nature with other dogs. He suffered from a ruptured disc that left his hind legs paralyzed, underwent emergency surgery, and fought through a long and difficult rehabilitation. 3.) Basic Information * With People: Is initially shy but becomes incredibly affectionate if you approach him slowly and give him time to greet you. Loves people and enjoys being petted. * With Dogs: Is initially wary of new dogs, but gets along well with other dogs when given time. If other dogs disturb him while he’s resting, he may growl as a warning. * With Cats: Becomes excited when seeing cats and tries to chase them when their movement is quick. Therefore, careful management is required. * Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed as he resides communally at our center. Is fine staying with the other dogs. * Potty Training: Prefers outdoor potty. Occasionally makes pee mistakes indoors, especially when becoming excited and having his hind legs tense up, regardless of his will. Has a marking issue indoors and outdoors, so he needs training. * Hygiene: Handles all grooming well, including baths, brushing, nail trimming, toothbrushing, and ear cleaning. Does so well with the hair dryer that he sleeps through it without getting scared. * Walks: Loves and does well on walks but occasionally gets highly excited. Pulls on the leash when excited, but it isn’t severe and can be controlled. Can walk or even run without a support brace. * Car Sickness: Generally rides well in a car, though he may sometimes drool slightly. * Gives a warning signal with a growl when other dogs poke at him without manners, and bites them if they continue to bother him. * Tends to bark when hearing outside noise. * Loves humans the most. Like treats too. * Is scared of stick-like objects. Fears vacuum cleaners, and people or large objects suddenly moving or making big motions.
